They pulled my tooth and didn't want to give anything for pain and when ever I got to pharmacy the pharmacy keept two of my pain pills and wouldn't give me them back on another date said they couldn't that was cookville walmarts pharmacy

What a joke! Called for emergency services & they have a recording telling you about a life alert device when you say no another recording comes on trying to sale you insurance when you say no to that it hangs up on you. When it's an emergency a person should be on the other end not a sales pitch! If I can help it I will never go to aspen dental again ): it should be no stars for no service!

Just recieved a bill for services that never occurred. $5,700 treatment plan thar has never started.and I paid for my first initial visit so what am I being charged for?? I don't know how its justified that you are stealing from people. I specifically said we will charge it as we go through my treatment plan which was rushed and not explained. Poor patient care. Never trust a thief. Will not ever return.

Was very easy to get an appointment and the staff and dentist was very friendly and helpful and made the experience great.

I just got my first pair of dentures. Aspen dental did a great job and I had no problems with pain or anything else i recommend Aspen dental to everyone

Tooth extraction 6/1/2022. X-rays $88 & insisted on $587 day of extraction.My Blue Cross medical/Dental made calls & got $256.18 7/20 & $124.82 8/11. I should have pd $185 total.

I was overcharged for an extraction and was told it would be taken care of which turned out to mean they gave me a credit to use for future services at their office. I want a refund instead because I don't want to ever do business with this clinic again!

The office manager and office staff are very kind and professional. The reason for the bad review is solely on the Dental Laboratory technician. She is the office bully who when questioned about anything becomes verbally aggressive and rude. When I tried to speak with her about my denture that needed to be repaired, she told me loudly that she didn't have time to explain it to me. She had already altered my bottom denture which made it not fit correctly anymore . I am now stuck with my bottom denture not fitting correctly. I will have to buy a new set of dentures but I will definitely not purchase them through Aspen dental !

Its a good process working with them. Make sure you have dental insurance though it can get expensive.

Very unprofessional workers, unorganized, had dental made but much have been made for someone else, bit the side of my cheek. Bottom was to deep did not fit right got my money back Go to Roberson they know how to make dental they are a 6 star stay away from Aspen Dental, run

I love the care and dedication the personal have, they are friendly, curtesy and show respect to the patient. I went for my last fitting and actual had my plate delivered the same day. they fit better than I expected, with just one simple adjustment. I recommend ASPEN for all your dental needs. Assistant: Ashten is the best!
