Everyone was very nice and professional. Although I have dental phobia, the work was quickly done and it was pain free. I have visited 1 other dental office this year and Aspen is by far better.

My experience with Aspen dental was very recently. The customer service was A little less than average until I met this woman name Karleen at the Conyers location on hwy 138 it then customer service became obnoxious, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional.Ince Once I made it clear I wanted to complain to the administration it took close to 40 minutes just to speak with the supervisor. Quite frankly I don't think anything's gonna happen with regards to any disciplinary action.Apparently according to an Asian doctor whom work there said "they always like that with everyone".

My wife had oral surgery at Aspen Dental in Conyers, GA this morning at 9 AM. The dentist prescribed penicillin and tramadol, an opioid pain reliever. About two hours after the second dose of the meds, she began vomiting heavily and breaking out in cold sweats. I called the number provided for such contingencies, and was put on hold for about twenty (20) minutes before someone picked up. I explained the situation, and the woman asked my name, my wife's name, DOB, and other relative information. The woman was very difficult to understand, and she had me repeat some of the information three (3) times in different parts of the call, even though she had repeated it back to me each time I said it to verify it. This was time-consuming, frustrating, and of course completely unnecessary. She finally got the information and said that a doctor would call me back soon. I asked her to please expedite, because I was very worried. Nearly an hour passed, and no one called. I called again, got another, somewhat more competent woman, who took all of the same info without the repetitions. She said that she would put out another call for the duty doctor, but she could see that my first call had already gone through. Well over another hour has passed since the second call, and I doubt now if anyone will get back to me tonight. The pharmacy is now long closed, so it will be impossible to get any replacement meds tonight. This is how they follow up on an elderly patient who has just had two surgical implants. It is totally unacceptable, totally uncaring. Our experience in general with Aspen Dental has been horrific. Last year my wife had an abscess that was causing extreme pain, and we called the Athens location, where we were both patients, and asked for an emergency appointment. They said they could not see her until a week later. We said that she was in extreme pain, but they just didn't care. She is 70 years old. We dropped them as our dentists right then. We were forced to use them for this surgery because they were the only ones nearby who could do it. In my entire life, I have never had any dentist or doctor turn me away as an existing patient when I said that I was in pain. It's called "caring" or "human compassion", and people who don't practice it should not be in these professions. In my opinion, ASPEN DENTAL does not care about its patients. They are a corporate chain, and profits seem to be their bottom line. I regret being forced to use them, and will do everything possible to avoid them in the future. P.S. - No one ever called us back. My wife threw up,all night long, and because she could not keep any kind of pain meds down, she suffered a great deal of pain. NOTHING excuses Aspen Dental from failing to follow-up with a patient who had surgery. They should not be allowed to perform surgeries without any follow-up. I cannot begin to say how angry I am at these incompetent, unprofessional, uncaring jerks. I hope someday they all get to experience the pain and discomfort their unfeeling actions have visited upon my poor wife.

On Oct 6th I was suppose to get all of upper and lower teeth pulled along with getting up upper and lower dentures! I was told that i would be put to sleep and the procedure would take two hours, but instead the dentist Dr Ebo decided to pull my teeth and I kept asking when I was going to be put to sleep it never happened instead Dr Ebo butchered me had to be numbed over 12 times because I had nerve pain and I kept saying why was I not being seen by the oral surgeon, this was about money for them and i was the guinea pig! I had to be numbed over 12 times and I still could feel all the nerve pain blood everywhere I kept telling him it hurts then he started to pull my lower teeth after fours hours of pure pain, this in between him going from room seeing other patients! He started on my lower teeth and I screamed due to the nerve pain he pulled one then seeing the pain I was going through he referred me to an oral surgeon to pull my lower teeth which shoukd have been done for everything!! Now my face is still swollen after 20 days the oral surgeon was finished within an hour on Oct 10th with hardly no pain but I was Butch3d by Dr Ebo at Aspen Dental in Conyers and filing a complaint with the medical association for what I was put through on top of the fact my upper and lower dentures are painful and do not fit and they want me to wait until November 3rd to fix their mistakes after the torture they put me through all for money?!! I EWILL MAKE SURE THAT THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE AGAIN!! DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL CONYERS!!

Everyone was courteous, helpful and respectful to my mom and I. The staff offered a wheelchair to assist my mom and I refused both times However, Mr. Earl saw us and said hold on a minute, got the wheelchair and even took her out to the car when we were finished. Awesome customer service. Thanks to everyone for the help!!!

My father had a wonderful experience. Connie worked with him patiently to get him the exact results he wanted. As she says "the smile is the first thing people see". We are extremely happy with the outcome and the gracious work Connie and her Conyers team provided.

I went there for a simple cleaning from 4 pm till almost 7 pm Nothing was done 3 hrs of waste of Mt precious time.. tell me about treatment plan when I just went for a simple cleaning worst place ever

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was turned away twice before I could actually see a doctor. Then the doctor gives me a temporary filling and refers me to an endodontist that can't see me for 3 weeks. I was told that the filling should keep me out of pain until I can be seen and I'm still in the same pain as before. When I advise them of this they tell me it's nothing they can do about my exposed nerve and they can't control the endodontist schedule. I asked for meds since they didn't prescribe me any on my original visit and I'm told I'm S.O.L. So now I am in excruciating pain and they could care less. NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

The staff is very friendly I had a tooth pulled today didn't see the doctor I was supposed to see but the one I did see was very knowledgeable and made me more comfortable the phone system should be more updated I got calls everyday about my appointment and the treatment plan change quite a bit once these two things are perfected it would be a much better experience thanks

Scheduled an appointment here for my husband a few days ago. He's been in a lot of pain. I had such a wonderful experience at the Loganville location I wanted to stick with aspen. However, Loganville didn't have any appointments for about a week. So they scheduled me in Conyers. Took us 45 minutes to get out there only to be told they were closed. No one bothered to call, text or email us that the appointments were all canceled for the day. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never go to this office again. Now my husband has to continue to be in pain 2 more days till he can get in at Loganville. Not happy at all

I've been a customer at this location for a while. I've been pleased with the services but they now have a new dentist. The old dentist is no longer there. The new dentist lacks customer service skills. On the morning I arrived, I went to go inside and noticed a line in front of the building. The place opens at 8:00 a.m. and we were still standing outside at 8:10. I looked inside the building and saw the dentist and all the dental assistances having a morning chat. They should've had the chat before the place was scheduled to open. The dentist finally comes to the door and opens it and looks around and says wow, I didn't know you all were lined up out here and proceeds to let us all in. Not once did he apologize for the wait. Please try professionalism. I won't be returning and I do plan to call corporate.
