My husband I had appointments for a CLEANING last month which we made for while we were off from work. Office called and canceled our appointments and rescheduled themselves. Though they did give us the option to call back if the time wasn't not convenient for us. Which it wasn't but we had no pto time left so missed work to keep their scheduled time. After missing work went in and was given a periodontal examine and told a cleaning could not be done. Now if we shedule a cleaning we feel a cleaning should be done. Then explain next steps. Total waste of our time. With NO CLEANING! Make sure you know what your there for before keeping an appointment at their convenience.

The only problem I had was, I called the office in Conway, made an appointment, and the receptionist called me right back, told me I HAD to be in their office at 7am, in order for my denture to be fixed. I already had an appt at 10am. She said I have to do a consultation with the dentist. I said for a denture repair? Aahhh, no .......so I called north myrtle, made appt, and went there and got it fixed! No problem.

Aspen uses tricks and scams to get your money on top of what your Insurance pays. Aspen, did a treatment on me that they knew my Insurance needed an authorization form, for the procedure to be covered. Aspen never sent the authorization form to my Insurance, so I am stuck with $500.00 to pay out of pocket. I filed a grievance with my Inaurance and will never go to Aspen again.

This is the most horrible experience with a dentist. I normally go to Carolina Dental Care but I didn't think they would take my insurance. Everything was okay until the pricing. There is no consideration for a patient's budget. $1000 for deep cleaning and that's with insurance. I understand the need for certain procedures but that price is outrageous. I can make payments but in the meantime, I am in pain while I wait. Taking Tylenol everyday is getting old. If you are on a budget, I suggest finding another dentist.

Very professional, Dr.Miller and her assistant constantly made sure I was not in any dis comfort. Had 2 crowns, they look great. Highly recommend, Dr. Miller. Barry Hayes

These monsters have the audacity to try and charge over $1000 to pull a tooth. It shouldn't cost but $150 max, yet they will try to charge you that alone JUST TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. Absolutely unreal.

They never call back with what services will cost. They refuse to provide any service less than what they recommend. Very unhappy

They took me on as a new patient very quickly. Their location in Conway is easy to get to. I was assigned to Dr. Miller immediately. They handle their office and dental routines like a well oiled machine.

I had wonderful experience. Staff were nice and my appointments were made fast. I really have to thank Miss Kim up at the front for making the most of it. Very polite, helpful, and professional service. 10/10

This office canceled my appointment because they stated the appointment was not confirmed. Receptionist stated they called but the voicemail was full. When I created my online profile I opted for text messages and emails. So I am unsure why they did not try other avenues. And the reception was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and surely not helpful. I am highly disappointed in this office and the staff at Aspen. The office manager did try to accommodate me but why would she need to accommodate anything but my gas and time wasted at this place. If you are a new patient try Southern Oak Dental. And the dentist was unhelpful as well. And it's because I'm black because the online profile ask you that information so they can discriminate.

My fiance and I were very impressed with Aspen. Everyone there is so sweet and helpful and I am so grateful for Kim she has been so helpful to us and very patient. Definitely recommend this place.
