The professionals helped us get through a very difficult dental issue that would have cost several thousands of dollars had we followed a Boston surgeon's recommendation. We have been patients for over 5 years and will continue to be patients. These services we highly recommend.

This was a return visit after a lengthy Pandemic and Post Pandemic hiatus...I was pleased to see a few familiar faces , the brightest smile of all was Wendy the Dental Hygienist...I had pleasant memories from previous visits and Wendy certainly did not disappoint again... She performed some difficult procedures with professionalism and care..thank you Wendy

Very good, caring ppl. Did all the basic things...masks, ex-rays, and all things I needed to know. So far, glad my husband & I had the appt. Was lengthy, but needed. Worth go!

Office staff do not listen to when dental insurance plan and situation are explained- from initial call to schedule to end of appt and check out. Finally got partially resolved, sort of.

Wendy the hygienist is exceptional. Very thorough and gentle. The Dr. I had was kind. Took her time and went the Xtra mile. Very knowledgeable.

Mask policy needs be removed like everywhere else. To wear it in the building just to take it off for work on my mouth makes zero sense.

Absolutely terrible! SO unprofessional. All they care about is taking people's money, and not about the patient at all.

Very disappointing. This office requires separate appointments for exam and cleaning. The exam seemed fairly thorough and the staff nice, but when I met with the schedular for cleaning appointment, I was told I needed deep cleaning with antibiotics. No other dentist has told me this, and I have been to half a dozen in the previous five years due to a lack of dental insurance and taking advantage of first time patient cleaning and exam offers. I was told my new insurance would not cover this type of cleaning until next March. They wanted me to pay $2200 for this service now. Even after insurance kicks in, my coverage would only be about 50%. I didn't think I needed something this extensive at this time since I have good dental hygiene, no bleeding and no sensitivity, and asked if I could schedule a basic cleaning instead. She told me they wouldn't do any type of cleaning except the expensive one they had outlined. This puts me in a worse position then if I had never gone there at all. Now if I want to get a basic cleaning, I would need to pay out of pocket for an exam with a new dentist since Aspen will bill my insurance for the exam they did. I would recommend instead, if you must go here, to say you have no insurance since the exam and x-ray are free for those with no insurance. That way if they give you a hard time with an expensive up sell, you wouldn't be out the exam getting billed to your insurance.

What kind of business calls you on the day of your appointment and says they need to move you to a different location because someone in the concord location doesn't like you. I've never been Asspen dental. Maybe you people need to grow up and stop being a bunch of snowflakes!!!

First appointment. Walked in and the waiting room is FULL, standing room only. I waited for 15 minutes and did not even get checked in, despite the receptionist seeing me walk in and waiting there. Overheard a man behind me telling his wife he was waiting for over an hour to get a cleaning, and he ended up leaving. I decided to cut my losses and just leave, too.

I have never had such a wonderful, fun dentist visit in my life! (I am shocked to be using the words "fun" and "dentist" in the same sentence too.) Truly, good care is Top Priority and I can share more after next visits. So far I was very impressed with the personal attention given each patient. The staff worked together like water! The direct approach, explaining the xrays and straightforward treatment plan streamlined with payment plan ..100 stars

March 29th or 30th I broke a molar. I was seen in the Tilton office on 4/1/22 and the treatment plan was for a root canal and crown. The lady who would go over the payment options and scheduling was busy and asked if she could call me later that day, which was fine. She called a few hours later and I prepaid over the phone and scheduled the root canal around 4/19/22 in the Bedford office. Due to job changes our dental insurance was lapsing for a few weeks. We paid COBRA rates to continue the insurance until the end of April. I called on 4/19/22 to confirm my appointment and I was not on the schedule. I called the Tilton office again and was told (in a very complacent manner) that they didn't know what happened. I asked for my money back since I would not be able to schedule this for a few weeks. I did not receive a refund. Well, life happened, and I got busy and had to wait for the new insurance to begin, but still have this broken tooth. On Monday 7/25/22 I called to try and get this rescheduled. The person I spoke with indicated they had my insurance information all wrong, so I ensured she had all of the correct information and she indicated she would verify the new insurance and call me back. On Friday 7/29/22, I still had not heard from anyone and called the office which was closed. This led me to call the corporate office and I was told the office closed early on Friday (must be nice). I was told the district manager would call me by Monday 8/1/22. I did not get a call from the district manager but I did get a call from the office manager on 8/1/22 who apologized and told me that the staff was overworked and undertrained. I had an appointment for a root canal on 8/23/22. I had to pay more money because the miscalculated my daughters treatment plan. But ok, I need to get this taken care of because I am in pain and uncomfortable, so I paid more. On the morning of 8/23/22 my appointment was cancelled due to the provider being unavailable due to an emergency. Now I am not unsympathetic for a personal emergency and if this had been the only thing to have happened, then I would not be upset in anyway. I feel that this office is unprofessional and has treated me in an unethical manor. This series of events just tells me that the office staff and dental professionals at this Aspen Dental group do not care about their patients. I feel completely disregarded and mistreated. I do realize that in this "great resignation" age that staffing issues are real. But that doesn't change anything for me, I am still in pain and uncomfortable and risking further issues with this broken tooth and Aspen Dental have made it pretty clear that they could care less.

My Husband was very pleased with all aspects of his visit. He would highly recommend anyone who needs work done to their teeth to go there!

Worst care I ever received. They are rip off artists and can only pull teeth and don't do that well.
