Excellent visit at Aspen Dental in Concord, NC. A great visit from the phone call to schedule my appointment to the end of my visit. Great staff, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Prices seemed reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this location!!

Aspen Dental did a great job on my partners denture (at Christenbury location). They made right what another location did wrong and really went above and beyond! All staff are very friendly!

I have a complete fear of going to the dentist. I recently had a tooth break resulting in the old filling falling out. It was broken all the way to the gum line and most of my tooth was gone. Needless to say I was a nervous wreck to get it extracted and being out of state was even more scary. I made an appointment and saw Dr. Buddendeck at the Concord Mills, NC location. He was great and put my nerves at ease quickly. He explained everything clearly as he went along while continuously checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. I could not have asked for a better experience. The office staff was also wonderful and very supportive during my visit. I highly recommend this dentist especially if you have a fear of the dentist office like I do.

What a horrific experience. Save your time and money! They don't return phone calls, they lie to your face and they wait until the last minute to communicate anything to you. The xray tech was the only person worth compliments. NO! YOUR TIME IS NOT VALUABLE. That's why they don't answer phone messages.

Anna took x-rays of all my teeth and was superb. She was kind, efficient, and informative. Dr. Ghia was too notch as well, as he explained upcoming procedures to address my dental needs.

Great place and friendly staff. Dentist is great. I will never go anywhere else. I enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere everyone that works there makes you feel right at home. Always been nervous about going to the dentist. By my second visit they had made me feel very comfortable and at ease about all the dental work that I need done. For the first time I actually enjoy going to the dentist

Extremely poor communication. Significant staffing issues, the clinic has had to reschedule me multiple times. Will be looking elsewhere

I Have had excellent service from teeth cleaning to my new Invisalign. Highly recommend! Make sure you get Lindsey davis as your hygienist she is so good your in and out before you know it!

I came in this morning as a new patient for a check-up/cleaning and was not impressed. The receptionist and the hygienist who did my x-rays were both very friendly but the rest of the staff were not very professional. No one really seemed like they wanted to be there. One of the x-ray machines broke while they were using it on me, and at one point the hygienist couldn't access my chart because it was locked up somehow. The staff did not seem very organized and it felt like no one really knew what was going on. I will be searching for another dentist.

I would recommend everybody to go here! Hands down best dentist I have ever been to. I went in with an emergency issue in the worst pain I ever experienced in my life and they made it a priority to help me in any way possible including providing and explaining detailed options to go with. The dentist was actually booked up for the entire day and still made time to take care of me. The entire staff is amazing and so welcoming. I basically had a botched temporary filling in a broken tooth from a previous dentist and they showed so much empathy and understanding. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. I had someone w. Me to keep me calm and keep me company through the whole ordeal bc again I was in so much pain and scared and traumatized from the previous dentist. Shout out to Ashlyn my dental assistant!! Thank all of you so very much and I'll definitely be going back for future work and cleanings!

I had a broken tooth and was in severe pain. I showed up as a walk in emergency and they were able to get me right in. I had my tooth pulled and out and on my way home by 10:30. Everyone there was extremely friendly and efficient. I was not a client when I went in but I am now. Highly recommended.

The dental hygienist barely cleaned any plaque off my teeth after months of waiting to even be booked. They will also always recommend the highest costing treatment and will give you no other options. They will also not run your insurance properly so more money out of your pocket. They act like everyone just has the money. Waste of time and money- do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Literally the sweetest kindest people ever. Not judge-mental, they're all very understanding warm and welcoming. Jessica , Dr. G, Hannah and Ashlyn helped me today and they were so sweet. I had a tooth pulled and I didn't feel it at all, they went out of their way to make me comfortable they are just all around great people. I highly recommend coming here for any issues you have and they're very affordable. I was mad at myself for putting off my issues because everything was so smooth and easy. Thank you for everything

Dr. Patel was so nice and assuring that I would feel no pain during my extraction (I was terrified) and he did not disappoint! My tooth literally was out before I even knew it ...he's also not bad to look up at during the process

Edit: 6/26/2022: Unfortunately, my recent experiences with Aspen Dental have caused me to drop my original four star rating to two stars. After being a loyal patient and paying a lot of money for treatment, I feel as if this practive has discarded me by failing to return any messages for my annual exam. I went through the 1-800 customer service line when I coudn't reach the main practice line. The agent called and emailed Hannah, the office manager, directly and so did I, but never received a return email or call. She previously was very courteous and attentive, so no contact seems strange. I have special accomodations in place due to past trauma and it seems as if the practice no longer wishes to provide these requests. Since the departure of my previous dentist (see original post), I have not received the same level of care from her replacement last year, I hopefully, can find another practice that will be more attentive and caring. (Keep in mind that this is my personal experience and it is valid despite other glowing reviews.) - C. Kimble
