They make you feel really good and have Confidence in what they're doing That made me feel real at ease what with my problem And I love everyone there they are really great makes you feel like family they made me feel better about myself in what they are doing for me I never though I would have false teeth but they really made me feel good about getting them and I'm not scared any more about having them pulled I go November 10th to have them pulled and replaced than you Aspen you are family to me

M lee did a terrible job. Full dentures replacement was so terrible they refunded the money. Go somewhere else for proper care.

I had two crowns fall out. They got me in within an hour of calling, called my insurance to see how much was covered, all prices were discussed before repair and Dr. Lee did a great job patching me up. Thank y'all!

I genuinely feel that NO ONE understood the reason for my visits. My time was NOT valued nor respected. My appointment was at 10:00am for an Invisalign Consultation Only. Two people with 10:30am appts came around 10:22-10:25am, then were called to the back. I was called around 10:40am. I was asked to do X-rays . I asked is it the scan for the Invisalign? I was told yes and no. I advised I just had a deep gum cleaning and exam including X-rays at my dentist. Instead of requesting my X-rays we took new ones, I also just had fillings done so this was painful. Then someone else comes in Angela. Advises me of a gum check. I immediately said I just did an Intense Gum Cleaning at my original Dentist, I am Only here for the Invisalign Consultation. She tells the other girl to write down Invisalign and she'll let the Dr. know. I asked, Did y'all have my appointment and details? I was seen Late, and we are doing thing I already completed this past Friday with my Dentist, I am here just for the Invisalign Consultation and Scan. She still went and did a gum check , while my gums are SO SENSITIVE STILL! I was so upset and just wanted to walk out. By the time the Dr. came it was 11:50am something, just to say I need to go to an Orthodontist! Then the payment lady walks in and says my insurance isn't active. So I pulled up my app showed my virtual Insurance Card showing the status of Active, and she makes me WAIT and call the customer service together for them to tell her it's Active. This Experience was a Complete Nightmare

I've had 3 visits at this office plus and emergency one and I am so impressed! The staff is so friendly and Dr. Matthew Lee is simply the best. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so very much!

1 Cavity. Suggested tooth Extraction. Told I have gum disease and need deep cleaning and scaling that I could no longer get regular teeth cleaning. Wild, dentist I was at last year said NOTHING of gum disease. The opposite actually. I was Quoted $12,500. INSANE. Dr. Lee and his staff were really nice though.

This place is an ADMINISTRATIVE NIGHTMARE! My son was fitted for his Invisalign in April, never came in. Firat they said it was lost then that it was never sent cause the fitting was unreadable. Now fast forward to today June 19th and lost again and not even a call to say so, He drove all the way there to say appt was cancelled with NO notification. Office manager reciting her resume to me for the second time that she just started there. Really helpful. Get your stuff together ppl

This has been a nightmare since the beginning! It started a year ago and I still can't get my teeth fixed! $3000.00 later and still NOTHING! The people here are awful and very rude, most of them don't even have a clue what's going on, and if you make an appointment you better call and confirm before you go there! They will schedule you for something that your not even getting! They did this to me several times!!! My teeth are so uncomfortable and they will NOT fix them! They refuse to! I paid 3 grand for all this dental work.. and still NOTHING! this place is AWFUL!!!! Please reconsider if your going there! There are more dentists and way better than here!!!!!!! I wish I could give them negative stars! Because they would be negative a million!!!!!

I would not recommend this place. They are way overpriced to the degree that they are scamming you. They wouldn't fix my teeth unless I did a deep cleaning. Tried to charge me $3600 to clean my teeth and I have very few teeth. Over all $10,000 to fix 3 teeth. Unexceptionable, someone should monitor this location.

Although I had an appt at 3pm, I was not taken until 3:30pm (I could have worked another 1/2 hour and not lost the pay). However, they were very proficient and I did not run into any problems. Very courteous and responsive when I had to call them regarding my prescription.

I am in love with my dentist Dr. Lee is so sweet his best friend Manor is very good when it comes down to his patients he explains everything as he's working and with that being said I'm so appreciative to my new smile

Dr. Lee and the staff were so very professional and kind. The were very interested in my needs and what I wanted. The results, a very happy camper. My teeth are GREAT!!
