The people that work there are literally so unprofessional. Everyone was so rude. Don't book with them ! I guarantee you'll find somewhere better .

SCAM COMPANY! BEWARE GIVING THEM MONEY! They never looked up my insurance even though I gave them the information twice over the phone and once in person.. Charged me 900 dollars to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks later to get my wisdom teeth extracted. Told them I was in a lot of pain (I should have gotten done a year ago but didn't have dental until this month) but they said there was no way to do sooner... They cancel the appointment the day before right before they close and say they'll call back the next day to schedule an appointment in 2-3 weeks. I say I am going to see if I can get an appointment sooner elsewhere because I am in a lot of pain and the guy on the phone was extremely rude about it. They never called back to reschedule. Everytime I called I was sent to voicemail immediately and when I tried to go after work they closed early. Finally filed dispute with my credit card company over the charge. Thank you for making my suffering 1000x worse Aspen Dental. You are a literal evil company.

Looks like they are just interested in money. They wanted to charge me for a consult. Imagine charging you because you are interested in using them. This was the ONLY place out 6 that I had called for consults which wanted to charge me. They just lost a full mouth implant cash in full patient.

From the Manager to the reception desk, everyone is nicer than the next. I genuinely can't say enough great things about my experience. E is an amazing tech/assistant... Julie is a phenomenal hygienist and Dr. Rojas is the best dentist I've ever had. Everyone is incredible. Best bedside manner I've ever experienced. Period.
