The hygienist is great. I was seen a bit earlier, than my appointment, and out quickly.

I talked to Aspen Dental yesterday. I told the young white woman ,if theres a problem call me back. She didn't call back. so I assumed. Everything was fine. I came 17 miles to get here. And they don't take My insurance . I made a video on the inside. But for some reason. it didn't pop up. Update: 10-12-2022. I went through pure hell today. lisa was right from the very beginning. Aspen dental doesn't take Aetna, or Medicaid.

Absolutely horrible. The girl was so rough and impatient putting the xray thing in my mouth and they didn't have the appointment I set and they left me in the room waiting for over 45min and then there was no update of what's going on and no dentist said anything.

Worst dental practice I've ever experienced. Was scheduled for surgery to have wisdom teeth removed. Surgery was scheduled mid-day 1pm, I was NPO due to the anesthesia that would be given. Ended up being seen closer to 2(not the biggest deal I get surgery can run over) and the surgeon states he can't due the procedure due to the placement of my tooth and the nerve in my face. Why a dentist would schedule me for a surgery before a consultation with the surgeon is beyond me. I was just happy to eat after that honestly. The dentist also replaced a chipped crown I had (my front tooth.) when the permanent crown was placed the dental assistant said "well it's in there" when I looked in the mirror and saw that my tooth was GREY I understood why he said that. I am currently getting the crown replaced AGAIN (definitely not here) because it does not match my smile at all. As a healthcare worker I'm extremely disappointed in this place and don't recommend to anyone.

Very good service the 1st 10 days thru 1st consultation, assessment, decision, full mouth removals and immediate denture placement. After that......................

Very accommodating. New dentist was very kind, considerate of my needs, well mannered, took his time, was very accurate, the procedures were on point. The staff were also kind, attentive to my needs, everyone was in an uplifting mood all the time when approached. I couldn't be in better hands.

This place is an absolute joke. Boyfriend had bottom denture done and they have never fit him right. 3 months of having them they broke and all they want to do is glue them and not make a new one. Pay that much money for nothing but trash. Guess we will be looking for new dentist.

Not a patient personally and thank goodness I'm not. Writing this review for my fiance who has had nothing but bad experiences with this place. They're rescheduled him multiple times only to tell him when he finally was able to get in for an appt that they are overbooked. Also the hygienist told him to put his top teeth over his bottom teeth at a previous appt when he clearly has an underbite and can't do so. Uneducated and unreliable 0/10

No wonder their reviews are horrible. I explained to these people when I scheduled my appointment that I have a temporary filling from a recent root canal and couldn't get a permanent filling done by my regular dentist because she unexpectedly had to leave the country on a family emergency. All I need is an in network dentist who can put in a permanent filling. That's it that's all. What do I need 2 separate visits for? My insurance coverage can be verified in advance. If they need x-rays and dental records, they can get that from the endodontist who just did my root canal, or my regular dentist office who took x rays of my entire mouth last week when I went in for my 6 month cleaning. If their dentist wants to insist on doing his own examination and x-ray's that's fine too but again, what do I need 2 separate visits for when everything needed can be done/verified before I even step foot in your office or same day?

Have gone to the Sunbury location but I moved so I called and scheduled an appointment for the Hilliard location. Very detailed conversation about me moving and needing a closer location. The option was 10:45am on a Tuesday. Terrible time but I had already put it off. I walk in just minutes ago and have no appointment and the hygienist is out for 2 weeks so it would have been cancelled any way. The receptionist typed for a while offering to schedule me an appointment, which after a while I was just over the whole thing and walked out. So I just drove 25 minutes for nothing and for the receptionist to imply I made the mistake.

Once I was at the office for my appointment my experience was very good. However I had problems getting my appointment. I called and confirmed my appointment as I had been instructed to do in a text on June 29. I thought everything was set. Late in the afternoon I received a text saying I needed to call an reschedule. I called and sure enough I was not on the schedule for the next day. The person answering the phone was very and tried to find me a new appointment. The closest one was an hour drive away. She then ask to call me back while she spoke to her supervisor. When she called me back she had been able to reschedule me at my original time..

The staff was very friendly and professional. They discussed options with me. I went In to have prosthetics made for an upcoming surgery I am to have. Although I am a bit concerned with the color options made available to me, I'm excited to see the final product in hopes that they'll surpass my expectations. 6/22/22 *Update* I'm completely frustrated and disappointed!! I have been in to this location multiple times within a week to have my teeth adjusted. I'm not sure if it's the person doing the adjustments or if I blame the lab. I'm here today 6/22/22 for the 5th time. At this point I just want my money back so that I can go somewhere else. Today I got a soft reline and now the teeth are sitting crooked because she set them back in my mouth crooked and the resin solidified crooked.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The hygienists and overall staff were fine, but the guy who handles the billing is a mess. I went in and was told my insurance would be covering my visit minus a reasonable amount. Months later I find out that my preauthorization was never even done so the quote I was given was grossly inaccurate (I'm talking over 1000 difference and this was just for a deep cleaning, nothing major) and my insurance paper work was filed wrong to begin with. Then instead of calling me so I can resolve it they sent me to a collection agency and tried to charge me full rates instead of the contracted rates for an in network patient so a huge collection that I don't actually even owe hit my credit. They have done the absolute bear minimum to even try to help me fix this. The manager of the office, Chris, assured me back in April this would be resolved and he would be in contact if not, yet he never bothered to call me and here we are again months later and I'm being harassed again by their collection agency. Never once has anyone apologized, Chris has ignored my multiple requests to speak with their corporate office so I've had to reach out on my own and it's been a huge hassle. Since that visit I been going to comfort dental and had zero issues, it's also more affordable. Skip the hassle and try them cuz this place is super shady and dishonest about your bill.

I chipped a tooth. The first filling they gave me fell out after a few months. The second is causing me agonizing pain and I've left messages and shown up in person and I can't get any help. This is negligence and I'm reporting him to the dental board. He saw me and literally walked away and won't talk to me! Like a child!
