Such a different experience at this one than the one in Tupelo Mississippi. The staff are attentive, nice, and doctor didn't have me sit in the chair for over an hour before seeing me. Dentist was well versed and professional.

Everyone was very nice and helpful!! I took a liking to one of the tech!! Ms.Sommer. She was very nice and had great work epic!!

I have been waiting for my partial that I paid for, in full, back in February of this year. There has been one excuse after another and multiple cancelations and reschedules by the staff since we began this endeavor. I had a final appointment scheduled for today, 10/21, but was called by a staff member yesterday 10/20 and was told my partial had still not arrived. I was terribly upset and told the staff that I wanted the partial by the following Friday 10/28 or a complete refund. I was told I would have a call back in a few minutes to reschedule that appointment. I never got the call, so I called this morning on 10/21 and was told that the office was closed today, and she had been calling everyone to reschedule because of it. But, wait... I had an appointment this morning at 8, how is the office closed??? I feel they have stolen my money, misled me about services, flat out lied and strung me along.

From the confirmation call the day before, to talking small talk with the ladies and the Dr. everyone was pleasant and welcoming.

Have been to Aspen dental in Columbus Mississippi several x in the last 2 months . Alll staff were so sweet and helpful . Dr. Allen, Summer and Santana were great with this worried patient . They were very good at explaining problems with my teeth that two other dentist in the last year never conveyed. They also made sure I was comfortable and in no pain . Will continue to use them !

Wish I could give no star at all. Worst place ever! Just replace everyone from the dentist down to the receptionist.

The Doctor is great. However, they will push your appointments/completion time back repeatedly. Was supposed to be finished as of 8/31 now im being told another 2 weeks out. Finally had to close my case and request a refund because I was unable to get straight answers or appointments in a timely manner. Will NEVER visit this clinic again and wouldn't recommend anyone using them!

WENT AS A WALK IN WITH TOOTH PAIN. EVERYBODY POLITE FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE BACK. DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT LONG.

I went in for a tooth extraction for one they called me to the back and had someone else chart on the computer and was about to perform there work on me until I stop them then after my extraction I was send out the door no instruction no meds or nothing been trying to reach them because this pain is horrible but no answer plus I'm missing work because of the discomfort thanks alot aspen dental of columbus ms

45 minutes past appointment. 2 with later appts. went before me. Then told they would have to send my dentures out to fix. I can't be without dentures for almost a week.

The workers were great nice and friendly, office very clean and neat....but I was due to come Friday morning to have a wisdom tooth extracted, get there they were closed... I'm in severe pain so I call and they told me it wasn't a Dr on hand so I could reschedule for Monday... Remind you still in pain so bad my ear and the side of my face was throbbing so long story short got there they did all the x-rays, poking, and measurements all to say I had to come back next Tuesday and get it pulled i was furious bc I was there for all this time and the main reason I came wasn't even talked about until I ask were they gonna pull it.... It's ok to do the other stuff but we all know when a person in pain from a tooth ache handle that first then reschedule the next visit to do the hygiene and etc.

My visit yesterday was handled very unprofessionally, I arrived around 9:30 didn't leave until around 1pm very disappointed from start to finish.

My experience at Aspen dental was very Honorable a satisfying. The team workers treated me with kindness and respect in every way possible. They were very helpful during the registration and preparation leading up to the doctors care.

I had a great experience with Aspen Dental the front desk and consult person were amazing. Everyone was polite , friendly , and very much outgoing and got the job done as a team, doctor felder, nicole and amber were great and willing to answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this dentist to others .

Leaving my first Google review - it was that unprofessional and bad of an experience. Typical Dentist chain company who could care less about their patients 27 y/o male moving to MS for work and needed a new dentist. I was made to wait in exam chair for over an hour just to get Dr. Mary Oyeleye to examine x-rays and try to schedule a follow-up. They were not busy either. I know because I arrived 15 min early & before I could finish filling out my iPad they were ready to take x-rays. It wasn't until I got up and voiced my displeasure with a staff member after an hour that she came to see me. Once with me, Dr. Oyeleye was extremely cold and rushed with me. Granted I was clearly displeased but there was no attempt to reconcile or apologize for the wait. She didn't take any time to explain the details or severity of the issues found. Took maybe 3 minutes top. Needless to say to have to take the entire afternoon off work and drive from Starkville for that type of care doesn't sit well with me.
