I am very happy with my visit at Aspen Dental on November 4, 2022. I knew what was going to happen and they answered my questions. They were also very gentle and understanding. I'll seek my dental services there in the future.

The receptionist was courteous and polite with patience. Didn't wait very long time 2 peo ppl me in front of me. I arrived a bit early because I had no ideal where it was. But Google with map to located business. Aspen Dental. Once I went in to see a dentist to see why I came there. Dentures I have don't fit and needed a bit more to keep my dentures in place. Waited a while longer to see a Lady who Gabe some plans that might help or not and to see oral surgeon to see what his opinion will help my decision. . I paid for the next appt. 20th this month.

Free first check-up and x-rays for uninsured. They cancelled my appointment 3 times. Did my cleaning after more than 45 days of my original appointment

Went to Columbus Indiana office, for consolation and insurance. Very friendly and efficient, was so glad when our insurance paid a expenses for services and dentures. After consolation had X-rays and impressions made go back in a week!! No complaint what so ever

Was very pleased with everyone I encountered at my visit. Dr.Miller was very pleasant and explained everything to me. He took the time to listen to me. From the front desk, dental assistant, office and dentist, everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Great experience at Aspen Dental. I have anxiety going to the dentist and it had been awhile. The staff at Aspen were very nice and I felt no rush or pressure from anyone to do anything. The environment was calm and relaxing. I was totally at ease. The billing was straight-forward and easy to understand. The lady in the billing office was very nice and answered all my questions. I saw a few negative comments about the billing office. My experience was great with them. I want to emphasize that the lady was very patient and helpful. Going to the dentist is expensive. That's just what it is. That's not her fault.

I had gotten dentures there 11 years ago. They pulled a lot of teeth. I didn't feel a thing. Anyway they were very n ice and smiley. Lol I wasn't nervous. Plus I got financed and payments are doable

Jessie was great and friendly at front desk smiling and kind and helpful ! also when she was helping me with Financing of new set of dentures she was very knowledgeable and patient Also Brandon was great helping me with new impression for new set of dentures and very kind and soft-spoken ! very much appreciated the service that I received today would have given 10 stars for both of them but there's only five

Everyone in the office is so friendly. Especially Jessica at the front. Both DA's Brandon and Ashley are always so welcoming when I come in. Bethany does an awesome job with cleaning my chompers. Dr. Miller is always so friendly when he sees me. Misty the office manager is so nice to everyone she interacts with.

I spent a lot of money and requested seven teeth (six upper and one lower) be pulled and an upper denture made. They pulled the upper teeth and made the denture. I had to remove 13 pieces of bone at different times myself because the dentist refused. The upper plate did not fit, and they suggested I might not be able to wear a plate and would need implants. They then charged me to reline the denture for a better fit. Too much money and not even a good fit after they relined. I would suggest not paying any bill up front and looking for better service elsewhere.

Doctor Miller was great. He explained everything he was doing before he did it. He was very caring on how I was doing. The nurse was great she made sure I was doing okay. Everyone one there is so very nice and caring. I will definitely let people know about this office. Thank you so much for caring for me.
