Had a very good experience! They walked me through everything, as this was my first time doing anything like this on my own. They were also very intentional and kind.

I went here for a new patient appointment the first time I sat in the lobby area for 2 hrs they kept telling me I was next never was seen called me to the back to say they couldn't see me ..the second time I thought it would be better I think it was maybe 3 weeks later ...but it wasn't I signed in sat down for about 25 to 30 mins in the lobby area for them to call me back up there to say that their told them to tell me they couldn't see me and a few more patients saying because they were short staffed also when I arrived it was already an altercation goin on with another patient the police had to be called that should've been my sign not to stay .....Columbus Branch....

I made an appointment under a referral from my normal dentist for an extraction Along with my referral I had X-ray copied of what tooth needed work. Understandable to do your own X-ray but the hygienist that assisted me kept cussing and dropping X-ray equipment out of my mouth I wasted 4 hours of my day only to be told I would have a 500 and some odd dollar fee when my insurance had not been ran. Very unprofessional I will not suggest to anyone it seemed no one was on the same page kept asking did I come in for tooth pain if I could rate them a zero I would do not waste your time!

I went there on Friday. The staff was nice, but unknowledgeable. I had a bridge come off, and have a fibroma because my gum became irritated when I kept it back on with my tongue. The dentist should have known that. Instead, she terrified me, saying that it needed to be biopsied. I was terrified! She didn't have the knowledge to identify a simple, noncancerous bump. She doesn't need to be in dentistry. They seem to have something going with an oral surgeon to biopsy for money. This place is a dental mill, not a professional office of dentistry. I should sue for the anxiety this caused me, and my family!

Everyone was amazing! They were all patient with me and did their best to ease my anxieties about a dental visit. The hygienist that performed my cleaning was patient and caring when dealing with some nerve damage I have and never once did anyone make me feel like there was anything wrong with my anxieties or that my feelings were invalid. I'm so glad I decided to book my appointment here!

2022 update: Once again fillings they took out and replaced without my permission are once again causing more issues for my teeth and for me financially. There are plenty of better places in Columbus. Do not go here. 3 year update: One of the fillings they did in my mouth came out randomly while flossing. I have never had a filling come out before, and am in immense pain. They ruined my teeth, do not let them ruin yours. Also, I was never contacted by the dental office as suggested to be done so in the response by owner. This is just a corporate chain dental office. They are here to make money, not so much fix your teeth. Over many years I have had to have many cavities filled. Most of them locally have been done by Dr. Polk, who has done an excellent job for me over 10 years. However, my family finally decided we would move to a new dentist's office. We tried Aspen, and for some things it was OK. However, I have just finished having my cavities filled today, and it is the worst experience I have ever had with cavities filled. The girl filling them was shaking everything in my mouth, causing my gums to be torn up, and now I have lots of bleeding. She purposely was shaking my mouth as well when putting in the anesthetic, causing the needle to hurt more. Overall, for cleanings they are nice, but I would stay away for anything else. If anything, the feeling that there was a lack of confidence, as seen by her extremely shaking motions made me feel very nervous for the first time in a dentist's office. My family will not be returning.

I was very dissatisfied with my visit. Although they were quick to get a appointment booked, I waited over 1 hr to be seen. Once seen I was evaluated and was told that I would end up paying almost $2000 for the treatment they recommended and they refused to do a cleaning or fillings unless I agreed to all the treatment. I asked for a copy of my xrays and to fill out a medical release to send them to another office and they refused. Today I was evaluated at a different dentist office and was told all of the treatment was unnecessary and does not line up with the condition of my teeth. Needless to say I will not be returning or suggesting Aspen dental for any services.

It was all good a week ago! It's unfortunate I'm having to write this because in the 9 months I've been going to them I never had any issues. I'm not sure what's going on in the Columbus office but I hope leadership grasps a hold of these issues soon. I recommend the call center provide expectations on estimates about how long appointments will be that way you can plan accordingly if you have any other appointments the same day. If you have to reschedule an appointment I recommend calling right back to make sure the appointment was put in the system. It's very inconvenient to learn on the day of your appointment that you don't have an appointment. For new customers it's a MUST you find a way to get your paper work filled out before you go to the appointment. They will reschedule you right then and there if you take too long filling out the paper work. I've seen so many elderly people get turned around for not finishing there paper work in time and it's very sad.

As anyone can imagine petrified of "The Dentist" not this dentist. Staff made me feel as comfortable as possible and Doctor came in and explained what was going to happen and needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised.

The staff and management leave a lot to be desired. They don't care about the patient as it is evident in their booking and then changing with the expectation that you as the patient don't have to schedule time off from work and can just change at a moment's notice. I would not recommend getting involved with this establishment.

I had great experiences with the staff in the back and the manager. Dr. Champion and her assistant were extremely unprofessional. They inserted a cap that was yellow and unfinished. They tried to make it like it was my problem and I just needed to get used to it...all of this after waiting over an HOUR past my appointment time...along with the doctor working on another patient while she should have been working on me...very frustrating

Awful!! I have never had to visit my dentist for cleaning every 3 months and have to pay for it! And they are famous for extra charges for things; can't get my Invisiiigners complete without paying extra money for foolishness!! So sick oof this place! Its like they want to hold my ligners hostage in order to get more of my money by saying I have to have this or that BEFORE hand! So frustrating! Looking for someone else to complete my oral care and continue dental hygiene. Save yourself the headache, don't choose ASPEN!!
