Bad idea. Their team of rookies have their own agenda and never addressed my issue of why I showed up in the first place. Their goal is money, not care of the person in front of them. Easy way to look at this franchise model... (How much money can we get from each person) Came in to address my back tooth, and told them that very clearly. (In person and online) And the only thing they did was x-rays and teeth cleaning. Then begin claiming that I have cavities that need to be taken care of. All they wanted to do is book time for those cavities. They never addressed the one tooth that was the issue for me. Going to another dental office to get a second opinion. My mouth feels great. Just my one tooth is the problem. Pretty much they have trouble listening to their patients. Simpler terms: Bad Care

The lady at the front are really nice ! The dentist was too ! But she came in talking about others reasons I wasn't there for that day ! Then I told her maybe at a later time ,I was there too get a tooth pulled and then she told me they are busy all day and prolly wouldn't be able to pull my tooth and I told her they should have told me that on the phone after taking a vacation day from work and being in so much pain ! Finally she took me to a desk for a lady to print me papers that totals 13,000 dollars worth of dental work for my mouth and I told her I need to get a tooth pulled and I couldn't do the other things that day ! Then charged me 300 dollars to finally pull one tooth! They wasn't even busy when the dentist told me they was packed all day and didn't know if they could pull the tooth ! Thank goodness they did after I paid, which was not the problem ! I am so glad to have it out ! They definitely don't give you any pain medicine or antibiotics! They was all nice but they charge too much !

Charge you for free x rays and no payment plans and they are rude and I wouldn't recommend them to nobody

Columbia tns aspen dental This place is Awful!!!! First off it's 274 dollars to have a tooth pulled and I paid them and they didn't have change to give me then while having a extraction they broke the tooth off and dug at it with a pick nearly an hour trying to get it out while stretching my mouth so far open it tore the corners of my mouth I wouldn't take my dog to this place

Dishonest & rude!! No hello or greeting. Walk in to "you owe $__" even though my insurance pays 100%! Manager refused to talk to me other than yelling at me from her office. Refused to treat me unless I paid them extra money I would not owe because it's covered by my insurance. Rude and money is all the care about!

Refused to treat me even though my insurance covers 100% unless I paid them extra money I would not owe. Rude and money is all the care about!

Aspen Dental in Columbia Tn is an amazing place! Before I came to Aspen..it had been 17 years since I had been to a dentist. I had an emergency with one of my back molars that had gone bad since I had a wisdom tooth that had uprooted it. These ladies got me in the same day I called. They got me in and did an assessment. The next day..I was getting this taken care of. They also did a cleaning and took care of all my dental needs . I was also happy to find out they took my insurance and helped me find a way to cover the part that my insurance didn't. I'm now pain free and my mouth looks and feels so much better. I also had a couple cavities I was able to get filled. They calmed all my dentist fears. They are so gentle and kind. They are also professional and thorough! They made me comfortable each time I visited! I highly recommend that if you have dental issues or just need some routine work done..that you check out Aspen Dental! They are amazing!

The staff are extremely nice and caring. They really messed up my partial denture and would not work with me on the many adjustments they had to do to make it fit correctly. I will not go back there.

I had broke a tooth on Thursday july 21st and I called Aspen because they were in my insurance network. I went in that afternoon and the entire staff was very professional. They took care of me and were very curtious. They explained all my options thoroughly. I came back on Friday 7/22 to have an upper molar removed. Dr. Gorey was very professional. She explained what she was doing very thoroughly. She spoke to me the entire time and constantly asked if I was okay which I really appreciate. She made me feel very comfortable. I will be recommending Aspen dental to everyone.

The lady up from really needs to mind her manners and smile , she not working for the morgue, she never smiles and quite rude and will hang up on you . I had a death in the family and had to change appointments and she littlterally gave my time and hung up on me. I gave the five stars for all the other great people I met since I've be going to Aspen dental, but this girl needs to learn how to smile you are ruining bilusiness. Never had a complaint since her.
