Struggling with tooth pain, I called them at 7am in hopes of them helping me later in the day or even early the next day. They told me they could see me at 7:45 , 1st time patient, treated like family. Every single person in the office was so nice to me. They are stuck with me. Fabulous day. Thank you so much.

From the time you walk in all the way to the back all the way to the front you got to have a lot of friendly people to welcome to you I enjoyed everyone that spoke to me today that has a smile on their face

Dr Young and the staff are wonderful. Have trouble getting them to answer the phone sometimes but other than that they are great!

I found out the other day that I have bone loss around my back molars. Yay! But even with the bad news, Donna (the hygienist) and Dr. Young were both very friendly and helpful in fixing this problem so it doesn't get worse. The strange thing is that previous dentists (and I've seen quite a few after traveling around my military husband), no one ever commented about the bone loss (which is obvious in the X-rays and looking at my teeth). I'm glad I found someone who can help me.

Estimate was off by 25%. Customer service was no help - - every excuse in the book. Lesson learned - - I won't be back.

I was really impressed with the staff and the, doctor, office manager and everyone I came in contact with. Very professional and caring. I would definitely recommend Aspen dental in Harbison. Took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my dental care.

I have been to Aspen Dental on Harbison Blvd several times since I relocated to South Carolina State and have been doing so the last 4yrs and have always been highly disappointed. I have made several complaints about their poor customer service, hygienic and Ortho services. However, today on 7/11/22 my experience with a new Doctor named Dr.Young was the best experience I have ever encountered. He was courteous, very informative about explaining exactly what he is going to be doing and he also made the experience very comfortable. DR. Young is by far the best asset to Aspen Dental! You're the only the reason why I would stay with Aspen Dental and we need more Doctors like you! Thank You for all your Services...

Donna, my hygienist was great, Dr. Young looked into my face and introduced himself to me and had a great chair-side manner, Rachel handled check-out in a private office. This was my best visit yet and they were short-staffed this morning! From check-in to check-out every team member was fantastic!

The staff is great. I have learn that not all Aspen are not all the same. I have told others about this one on Harbison. The entire staff is the best.

I had an appointment on Harbison and Dr. Young and the staff was amazing. From X-ray's to treatment plans everything was explained to you and everyone made you feel so welcomed.

This was my second visit to the office. I am having an old crown replaced. I was checked in quickly. I was taken to the room on time. The Dr and his assistant worked diligently to make me comfortable and started the procedure right away. I was never in any discomfort. Definitely a great experience.
