My reception was not the best. I can see other patients having their procedure being done. Didn't really feel welcomed. The Dentist was good.

The dentists are nice but he put the filling not on the tooth he told me I needed the filling on.. there's still a gaping hole with dark stuff in it.

I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes before I got seen and then they didn't do what they were going to do.... I had to make another appointment 3 weeks from now to do what they were supposed to do today!! The Staff were very nice...

I really like the female dentist she made me feel safe and secure even though I was very nervous about getting my needles for three fillings she was very professional ,in what she does. Linda fersner,I look forward to going back you also have a very Handsome male Doctor as wellHope he repairs my teeth next, Lol

This aspen location is understaffed and it shows in the wait times. I came in for a routine cleaning/exam and left 2 hours later without being seen for a cleaning. Despite the long wait time, there was a lack of basic cleanliness. For example floors and walls had residue from left over patients. I will be looking for an alternative Aspen Dental location for the sake of time and avoidance of potential infection.

The wait ended up being almost two hours. Not so good, but I guess things happen. The people, however, are absolutely wonderful and so sweet.

Aspen Dental was very courteous, professional, and very informative about every dental care step that they recommended & performing. They made me feel welcomed and that they really cared about me and my teeth & smile. My doctor and the team that helped me were excellent!!! I recommend them for everyone's dental needs!!!

Waited literally 3 hrs just to get my mouth looked at, no treatment whatsoever and didn't even send in the prescription. 0 stars. Do not recommend. The dental assistant was nice but all in all this place is the worst. I never leave reviews but I couldn't let this slide without maybe saving someone else's time.

Great location. Not too far from the interstate. Clean quiet office. The staff, doctor, and hygienist are professional, knowledgeable ,friendly and courtesy. I was given a full mouth scan. It was uncomfortable but first time experiencing it. The care is top notch. Looking forward to my next visit.

I had a great first time experience there but they do need to inform or send reminders for appointments or call customer about appointments. The dentist, hygienist, and assistants in back were excellent, great service and give all details. They are short staffed but at least they are trying to do their best for people. The only thing they can do now is get better and upgrade their customer service and provide more staff.

Dr. was knowledgeable, and patient. Staff was nice and professional! The x-rays were extensive on the pain scale (outdated equipment) , but overall i would recommend 9/10
