Scheduled over a month ago as a new patient for my 13 yr old and self. Went over age and info originally and even confirmed the appointment the day before. Just received a call 15 minutes before EOD that they do not see children under 15 and had to cancel both appointments.

First and foremost, I'm very afraid of the dentist office. The staff was very professional and friendly. I was put at ease, even though my blood pressure went up so high, I was made comfortable. I did realize that with dental coverage, medical insurance and Medicare, I cannot afford the dental cost. So take care of your teeth from a young age.

I was given a treatment plan over a year ago, which included partials which was my end game. I paid for the treatment in advance, close to $3000 insurance and out of pocket. By the time I was ready for my partial, I was told there was an additional amount due. My initial payment had been eaten up by noncovered treatments - gingival irrigations, flushes, topical flouride varnishes, etc. Thirty-three treatments that were not on the original treatment plan! I did question if all those cleanings were covered in the plan and the answer was always yes. Of course they were covered because they already had my money! Needless to say I walked away with very clean teeth and no partials. I would not recommend Aspen Dental. To anyone. At all.

My spouse and I were very pleased with our initial visit to Aspen Dental. We were greeted with an administrative team that were friendly, patient and appeared to enjoy their jobs. The Office Manager and Finance Manager answered our questions regarding payment. The dentist, dental hygienist, and dental assistant were all friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to share that knowledge in a way that was easy to comprehend. Aspen has great equipment/tools to identify issues and treatment plans.

The wait was super long however the service was well worth it. Ms. Donna-the hygienist and Mr. G-the dentist were the absolute best. I've been all around Columbia searching for a good dental group and they are the best by far! I've finally found my dental home.

I had yet another pleasant experience at my dental appointment yesterday. Mrs. Donna is always caring and patient with me... as ever. It is hard...very hard trying to find a good dentist office and hygienist these days. I thank GOD for helping me find such caring people. Please keep up the good work....

Dr. Sease, You are a great dentist! I appreciate your true concern for your patients through your gentleness and caring approach. However, your billing clerk is rude and hostile. She has been during three encounters. She yelled at me this evening because she was annoyed that her computer was functioning slow. I waited patiently in the lobby for forty (40) minutes for her. She was curt and told me that "she had other patients to address and that my request would be quick." She spoke of a past receipt in my hand. I kindly informed her that my question was about today's charges. She rudely responded that the staff already informed her of my request. I told her that I would like to explain my concern and ask a question. She continued banging on her keyboard and yelled that she didn't have time. She was harsh and condescending. I asked for my receipt back that she took and told her that I was leaving. I reminded her that I was the patient that assisted her with Microsoft office's Sticky notes app when she was annoyed in July when she couldn't find a paper note that she wrote. Additionally, four of my appointments have been canceled without notifying me, including September 22nd. I was not notified until I arrived to your Two Notch office that my appointments were canceled. When I call to follow up no one returns my calls. Best regards, Dr. Tara

Awesome Service for my annual teeth cleaning. Donna was superb!! Her voice & demeanor was calming & thoughtful. Thorough cleaning & rinsing with each step. Offered professional teeth whitening services; which I plan to implement with an upcoming visit. Very pleased and will recommend Aspen Dental to others.

Never in my life have I heard of a dentist NOT cleaning your teeth on the initial visit. Not to mention, they called me twice asking if I could come early bc they have a cancellation after I told them no the first time. It was a Friday so I guess they were rushing to get out.

I will never ever use Aspen dental again if I can help it I have problems after my surgery of removing five teeth there's no one they said call emergency number then they say call them for an appointment and then they want to make the appointment three months out so I had to find a dentist to go to so that I can get some help for my mouth after they did the surgery so I would never never never use them again when

I'm not sure how to feel about Aspen as of this point. I went to the location at 10266 Two Notch Rd and I received a great cleaning. I had to get a xray because I want to get partials. After my cleaning, I was placed in a exam room to wait to speak to a doctor about my dental plan. Well, I sat there..and sat..and sat. I got up and looked outside the room and saw that the lobby and reception area was vacant. Everyone had gone to lunch! I finally found someone and they apologized. Since then I have called a few times to speak to a doctor about my plan and other information and all I am getting is a redirect to a voicemail and clearly I am calling within business hours according to what's listed on the company website. So again, I'm not sure how to feel because the service itself was great but afterwards...not so great. I may have to change locations.

My experience Aspen two notch. Had 2 teeth that was in need of service nice welcoming this Dr. SHRUTH is no longer there as a heart patient I takes Eliqux begging in June 3th until now still got the problem Needed X rays July 8th had an appointment July 14th gets an email cancelation at 10:08 pm Sunday calls my insurance and they tell me Dr. C is not certified under our insurance you.will have to pay oh what are you saying Aspen is in my benefits hung up called Aspen took 45 minutes for the front person to let me speak to the office manager quote (I EXPLAIN TO HER WHAT MY INSURANCE CO SAID SHE SAYS DR. C HAS NOT BEEN CERTIFIED BUT SHE USE THE GRAINING IN MY MOUTH AND YOU KNEW I TOOK HEART MEDS.) BEING PROFESSIONAL MY HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO ME OVER MONEY she knew the young lady was not certified yes I am filing with dentists associated my insurance said 1100.00 we couldn't understand this but they are sending a print out Aspen Denty Two notch road
