Don't go here, you will pay in full and they tell you later you owe more. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Tricia the manager is very rude to.

WHAT I LEARNED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE: Do NOT pay any out of pocket $$$ until your insurance has processed your claim, or you will be fleeced for money you do not owe! Although Dr. Parrott is an excellent dentist, whoever handles his financial and insurance processing are completely unethical! After having work done and being convinced to get a loan to pay for "estimated expenses" prior to insurance processing the claim, the insurance company showed on the Explanation of Benefits that those expenses were not patient responsibility. A meeting with the financial manager resulted in a call to the insurance company to confirm no patient responsibility, and the finance manager agreed to a refund. It's been over a month now, and no refund has been processed. Six calls to the office have gone unanswered. Will be taking business to a more reputable dentist. FOLLOW-UP: Finally resolved this issue and received a refund.

I want to say first that I hate going to the dentist. I signed up to have an appointment with Aspen Dental because my normal denture broke, and I wanted to just get a check-up. I received excellent service and care for those two things, but I also want to mention how every member of the staff was kind, patient-focused, and legitimately did anything they possibly could to help. Even when it was clear I needed a new denture, the process was hassle-free and I was not pressured to accept a service or product I did not have well explained. This was a positive experience, and I'm happy with the treatment plan.

Everytime I've been here there's been a problem, got there at 7:30 a.m. today to find out they put my phone number in their system wrong so I had to reschedule for another day and the secretary acted like I did something wrong, not a reliable dentist office for someone with dental needs.

Just had an extremely poor experience here. Specifically made an appointment for a cleaning, but did not receive that. I understand that it might be their policy to have a consultation first, but I feel like that should be explained to the patients before coming in. I have never experienced a dentist office like this before. It seems like they are just out to get money. The dentist did not consult me in treatment options at all but rather told me what I needed and made it seem like I did not have a choice. The dentist told me he was going to put me on Invisalign, did not give me that option or even asked if it was something I was interested in. I felt very pressured and uncomfortable. I have luckily been to dentists before that have never made me feel this way. Therefore I feel like this company is just out for money and making profit. I am also younger, so I am not sure if that was a factor they looked at in feeling like they could pressure me into services that were not necessary.

They removed my wisdom teeth in a very uncomfortable, almost barbaric way and then prescribed ibuprofen for the pain. Got a crown put on and it fell out. The dentist who put it back on was shaky and jittery, I felt very nervous to have him anywhere near my mouth with dental tools. Didn't feel very comfortable at all. Probably not coming back

I couldn't believe I was able to be seen within 24hrs of calling to schedule. Normally I wait at least 4wks for an appointment. Staff was friendly and I'am pleased with the dental plan we projected. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with my visit. It has been a long time since I've had any dental care and they took their time outlining the recommended actions, costs, and alternatives. Unlike previous dentists, they showed no need to lecture me about my lack of care but were more interested in restoring my dental health.

Aspen is a wonderful place for dentistry. I had a problem but they took great care of it. They supplied me with everything needed and took my needs seriously. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it took a long time for follow-up. They have a great dentist, they just need more of him.

I normally don't write reviews however I'm so disappointed in their "in office teeth whiting" results. It was a waste of time and money. The results were barely noticeable, I probably could have gotten better results from a crest kit instead of spending hundred of dollars for in office whiting. I contacted Aspen to express my dissatisfied, they made no real effort to satisfy me the client. They didn't seem to care that I wasn't happy with the results. I have several other dental procedures booked through aspen. i want to cancel and take my business elsewhere, however they have already charged my card and i don't feel like fighting them for a refund. I will never use aspen again. update upon looking at my bill i realized they charged me twice for the bleaching and outright lied about the prices of other services additionally they charged for services they didn't even perform. Anyone going to aspen make sure you throughly review your bill and prices currently out of 4,000 they even charged for items they didn't tell me they were going to charge for. Needless to say i had to cut ties with aspen and will be reporting them for fraud and predatory billing practices.

They were easy to find and they have 3rd company financing. They were polite and very informative. I'm just getting started with dentures can't wait to see how they look.

After the hour and a half wait (and just about ready to walk),they informed me they were getting my room ready. They said they were sorry for the delay but they had a really difficult case earlier. First time being at Aspen Dental, they were thorough and very professional. X-ray, Dental Hygienist then the Dr. He was very specific, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Once I got back to the back, I was so impressed at the whole system, I'm making it my new Dentist Office.
