I made an appointment with Aspen dental on Oct. 19 to get some of my teeth pulled due to toothache pain and the staff their especially Olachi and Dr. Cole were awesome they told me everything that they would be doing before doing it and kept apologizing of there was any pain and of course I said they were fine bc ik they don't mean to do it on purpose and their just doing their job but they were great and to pull a tooth took less than 5 mins and I didn't feel a thing that was awesome I can't believe how easy any non painful it was for a removal will be going here for all dental appts from now on thanks Aspen dental for everything y'all were great!!

Today September 27-2022 I needed to see an dentist .so I called aspen dental office. Thank you Lord they had an open appointment..the staff were so nice an helpful. Dr.cole, Monica,Ouachi, I know I need lost of work but they made me feel an hole lot better about my teeth. I need lots of work an they are on there job about helping with my pain.an Dylan man he help me out alot on an payment plan.An I Thank the Lord for him doing his job to help on payments. So if you want friendly people Aspen dental in college Station is the place to go.

I had a terrible experience at Aspen Dental. They are a corporation trying to make money off of you. I only came here since I am a college student otherwise I would have to drive to my hometown. I made an appointment and they said that my first diagnostic appointment was free - however obviously they make you pay for the services. They asked for my dental insurance which I provided to them to cover the services portion. This is where things got bad. I had an appointment for 1:30 PM and was in the waiting room for more than 1.5 hours. They then called my name and got my xrays and did all these tests. It was 4:00 by the time these tests were completed. They said I had to do all these ridiculous treatments and said I had textbook gingivitis and needed all these services done. They told me it would cost $2500+. I was horrified as the practice I go in my hometown would charge $150. By this time it was 4:15 PM and they told me it was too late to do any of the services (not that I wanted to continue anyways since they quoted me a ridiculous amount) and therefore book an appointment the following day. It was a complete waste of time and they just want to scam you. I demanded that they not use my insurance (as I have free semi annual checkups) as they had said that the first appointment is free and I went back to double check and tell them not to. My insurance called and said they still went ahead. They are a complete scam and a waste of time - I hope you really do read the reviews and see what other people have said. This is a terrible place to go and would not recommend anyone else to go.

Waste of time. I knew I needed a root canal going in. They put me thru a complete exam and rung up the estimate to $11000. And they can't do a root canal. The one endodontist they have on contract can't take insurance so the whole thing was pointless. Dentists used to do root canals but now not so much. The x-rays were very uncomfortable.

Yesterday had a full mouth extraction done here. Dr. Haynes and her assistant were compassionate, sweet and understanding. I have a huge fear of dentists and they went above and beyond to try and help me feel comfortable. Really made me realize that the dentist can suck, but its the people that make it tolerable. Thank you again Aspen Dental!

We have used Aspen dental in previous cities and had positive experiences. Just moved to College Station and had to wait over an hour to be seen. Came back for a cleaning and was told there is a long wait. I asked if it was an hour again like last time, the receptionist says an hour wait for a new patient is good because its usually longer and that is normal. So I left because I know that is not in other locations.

Very understanding when I called to say I was going to be a few minutes late (less than 10 mins past my appointment time), and I waited for less than 5 mins in the waiting room before being called back for my appointment! Dentist was already in the room waiting, so I was set-up super quickly for my two fillings and out the door in less than 50 mins! Superb service and overall great experience. I've been coming to this location since 2018 or 2019 and it's been great to see how the practice has just improved over time! (Especially with keeping appointment times/starting appointments at the scheduled time and cutting down on patient wait times once in the exam rooms!) Those reasons, and the amazing hygienist(!!), are why I still drive to this location from Houston, even though I moved from C-Stat a year and a half ago!

OMG!! Literally the best dentist office I've ever been to!!! Dr. Hayes is just an amazingly, bubbly, fun, personable doctor My entire family just found a new dentist home!

The staff was very friendly & informative! Sierra made me feel very comfortable during the x rays. She was very polite & careful. Dr Cole was also very polite & gave me the information I needed about my teeth. Monica the hygienist really made my day. She had me laughing & made me feel comfortable during the cleaning. I can tell Monica really loved her job & I hope that she do my cleaning in the future. The payment plan for my visit was affordable!
