Bottom line is the price your told is never the final price.i paid in full with insurance and a check and was told that was final and they had checked with the insurance company who says they never called.any way a crown and root canal lasted me about 5 years it's fell off and left jagged metal behind unfixable rip off.

Warning warning warning go anywhere but here they ripped me off then turned me into collections and they had my wages garnished and its turning into a nightmare and done cost me over $4000 so just a warning to others go somewhere else and no thanks on calling. you dont want to know what i have to say and one time with aspen dental is enough for me

Dishonest and trickery dental, customer beware of double charge and unnecessity procedure billing. According their website, they offer $19 exam and x-ray for new patient without insurance and 20% off all treatment plans. When we came we paid the $19 using our own credit card for the exam. They added the pre-paid $19 exam to the financing plan, they charged $135 for oral B brush that we did not take. Also they did not give a 20% discount as they promised. Husband needed to get tooth extraction, ended up with teeth cleaning charged for $2044 !! No tooth extraction.

Always great service, the crew there really shows compassion and concern for your comfort. They care about you as a person and a patient, don't have any negatives, they always take good care of me.

When I went to Aspen, I was complaining of a severe tooth pain. I inquired about dentures, and was told they woulkd cost over $11,000, a far cry different from the $799 advertised on the TV commercials. The $19 on the signage on the entrance, was closer to $300. I felt like they were attempting to take advantage of my pain. After my tooth was extracted, I began having almost immediate pain in another tooth, like they had done something to make me have to come back, the same way a mechanic messes with a car. WAY OVERPRICED for the service and quality of service offered. Not very happy. I definately will NOT be back.

I went in really concerned because I had broken one of my front teeth. From the moment I came in the office was very friendly and gave a family atmosphere. They were all very knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease. Kaitlin was my DA she took all my xrays and stayed with me through the whole process. Leah the hygienist educated me on my dental hygiene and was so kind. Dr. Pak came in and instantly put me at ease being very reassuring, confident and letting me know that he could fix it that day. He literally built a tooth out of nothing. I couldn't believe it! I actually liked the look better than my natural tooth. Channie did my consult and she was my comforting and thorough with my plan and payment process. I left Aspen smiling and I will be back!

I had to come on here and delete my previous review. We did have a bad experience one time, but it was just a mistake on the girl who works with payments. Since then the dentist has gone out of his way to help my husband! He's a really good guy and I would recommend anyone to go here! We are very satisfied with the service!

Wouldn't recommend going here got ripped off for what I had done and the only way you can help me is to see this place out of business

Aspen Dental was a life saver today. I am 7 months pregnant and have been in incredible pain for the last few days from a broken wisdom tooth. I went in out of desperation and was extremely nervous. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming from the front desk to the nurses, and Dr. Pakhrin himself. They noticed my nervousness, I'm sure, and did everything they could to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Thanks for the help, and the added bonus of slightly easing my fear of the dentist!

Was very nervous going in. The staff were very nice and professional and the new X-Ray procedure is the bomb! Still nervous about the procedure but no where near as bad as I was.

It would have been nice to know that after two hours that they did not take my insurance. But still would pull a tooth for ONLY 300$ ONE tooth.
