I visited this site and gave a review about two weeks ago (that's now removed) their primary focus is money. I had a comprehensive x-ray for a toothache (that wasn't addressed or resolved) I was told that they didn't see any infection just that I needed new caps. Due to the pain that I was in, went to another clinic for a second opinion and I in fact had an infection. The office manager was rude as well. I would no recommend this place to my loved ones.

The staff are professional and easy to work with. Dr. Zeman was great and gentle while extracting my tooth. I recommend the Wilma Rudolph location and will continue to remain with this practice.

Well I honestly can't say that I would recommend this place. My story: I went in with a painful cracked and loose tooth. I was then taken into a room where I had individual X-rays taken of my teeth. Which involves holding an uncomfortable, heavy mouth guard type device in your teeth. Which was completely impractical due to going in with a loose tooth. I protested at this, but to no avail. After I was subjected to an long examination (2nd person) which felt like a sales pitch about coming in for a scale and Polish. Next was the dentist, who barked at the assistant for not having enough X-rays (that was down to me protesting against the X-rays earlier). The I was told he didn't have time for an extraction (the one and only reason I went). Then a 4th person sat me down going through the finance options for a scale and polish, and an extraction. So, to summarize, I went in for an extraction (which I was told on the phone they could do). And came out over an hour later in more pain then I went in, and felt like I had been through a time share sales event. I've been to multiple dentists throughout the US + Europe, and this, notably so, was the worst dentists I've ever been to.

The hygienist and doctor did a great job at making me comfortable. I struggle with sensitivity and pain during appointments and they made sure i was numb for the whole experience.

Update: they called me and confirmed that they're not going to charge me for the incomplete xray. so i put 3 stars instead of 1 star. however, I would give 5 stars for the receptionist she was super nice and courteous and the one who did Xray she was very nice I would give 0 stars for Alicia for her unprofessional behavior ignoring the receptionist asking her for help to fix something in the system. They have two Xray machines ,the one that everybody knows the high tech, and the other one I swear maybe they had it for the past 50 years. I was so in pain form the chips that was used to get Xray pix. I could not imagine that I will get dental cleaning after that pain and gum scratches I had, and guess what I was right as the tech was telling me that the doctor will see you and then if she has time she will do the cleaning!? excuse me, but I took time off from work to come here. All my life was cleaning my teeth every 6 months and never was asked to come for dental cleaning in a separate appointment. It's obvious that they want to charge the insurance double for two visits. I did not even let the tech finish my Xray pix so DO NOT charge my insurance for the money as I will call them and let them know because I need to do this again in another doctor office. again do not charge my insurance for the incomplete Xray pic because you did not need to use it and the doctor did not see me to discuss the results. Thanks!!

I just left from an appointment at this location. I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist office. From being so nice and welcoming to working with me to figure out an Insurance problem they went above and beyond. I can tell they think of their patients as people and not just a dollar sign. Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing experience! All of the employees there are wonderful and friendly! Dr.Green is very intelligent and means what he say! So glad I stopped by today and cant wait to come back next month! The girl that did my X-rays, You go girl!!!! Plus the finance girl that scheduled me for my next appointment, thank you for being patient with me!

They all knew I was terrified of the dentist and this is the only place that a dentist did not rush me he listen and understood me instead of rushing me out of there I believe this is the only place I will go to from now on

Aspen Dental in Clarksville, Tennessee has become a great and warm experience for me. The office staff always greets and have big smiles for ya whether coming or going. I'm especially pleased and have a growing confidence in Jamie. Her patience and care for my needs are so much more than I can express. She is knowledgeable and certainly goes out her way to fix everything just right. Jamie, I thank you and you are a wonderful asset to this company

I came for my appointment today and was told for the 3rd time I was to have a paradatel cleaning. I did not ask for one and wasn't going to pay for it. So I will find a new dentist and never tell anyone to go there.

It's been four years since I've been to a dentist due to moving, school, work, Covid, and life in general. So I was nervous going in for my first consult thinking I'd be judged for taking so long to get things in order. I experienced quite the opposite. Everyone was super friendly and understanding! If you're nervous about going to a dentist, I highly recommend Aspen Dental as they are gentle and friendly and will put you at ease! I had the pleasure of working with Larisha, Dental Assistant who had me laughing the entire time.... she is amazing! Dr Green was very friendly and explained what he was looking at and what would be needed (Thankfully all is good!) Finally, the hygienist, Laura, explained exactly what she was looking at... looking to see if there is any bone loss, etc. She did a great job explaining everything. Thank you all for making my first visit painless and enjoyable!!!
