Overall, great office when I was there, everyone is super friendly. I got my motto aligners from there and ended up moving away, they gave me my aligners, and told me to go to another aspen near my new location to finish it up/general dental care (no problem at all for me ) But, I am missing my very last tray and I have been trying to call for a month or so now and no one has been answering the phone, the new office I am at has tried to call but no one has answered, it just says to leave a message and they will return the call. The aligners are fully paid for so I would really like it if someone got in contact with me on how to get the last aligner to finish my treatment /:

Scheduled an appointment for toothache and a cleaning. When I got there they did an xray and told me that the hygienist only worked on Tuesday and Thursday therefore my cleaning wouldn't happen and they did nothing for my toothache. They did however talk to me about money. Scheduled to come back to address the cleaning and tooth issues when asked what should I do about the pain, I was told to take 4 aspirin and 2 ibuprofen twice daily until my appointment. I could've done that without driving 30 minutes. The office manager/finance person, was very snippy. The second visit I come back and I was told that I needed to pay first however I had questions about the amount. The receptionist relayed my questions to the same office manager and I could hear her from the front of the office, yell "TELL HER..." I paid the amount requested and continued with the visit. When I spoke to someone else about her behavior, I was told that everyone there was aware however it's swept under the rug and that there had been complaints in the past. Back to the tooth, the dentist was kind however I'm unsure why it took a second visit to determine that I needed a root canal (based on my reaction and Not the comprehensive xray)and a crown ($600+) which meant that I would still need to leave in pain. This time I was prescribed pain killers however...Still waiting. They did however talk to me about money. While I understand that this is business, I've been to dentists for years and this is the first and only place that made me feel that the money was the primary focus. Felt like McDonald's of dentistry. I have an appointment with a different dentist to start the process over. I'm optimistic and glad that I didn't settle. When I called my family in another state to talk about my experience, I was told that Aspen was a chain and they had similar experiences. I didn't know that that it was a chain dentistry. Felt like it. Maybe I'm just used to a "family-feel, more patient friendly, less money focused " experience. I will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend to to my loved ones.

I was so nervous because I had a very bad experience with a dentist, I was given great reviews about Aspen Dental so I gave them a try. They put me at ease right off the bat I do appreciate there kindness thank you so very much you're staff is Amazing

So far everything has been great!! Professional and very helpful, and the most important is they are very respectful! I hope my journey here continues that way, which I'm sure it will. I left my previous dentist because I was mistreated and taken as if I was going through a fast food chain..amazing what aspen dental found from what the previous dentist had missed and done incorrectly that has led me to be in pain for years. May be a bit more money but not really when you think about it, it's your teeth or in my situation my dentures!! It's worth the care, effort, time to do this correctly, an so far im beyond confident in Aspen dental!!

Although I've worn dentures for about 15 years, I didn't really know what to expect. My past experience was limited to getting dentures where my brother got his dentures. That operation was run out of a former residential home. Customers had to get there by 8AM and the dentures were delivered in the afternoon. It was cheap and fast. This time I had to provide detailed medical information and interacted with a number of specialized staff members. The other place the customer only saw one person and the work was done in the kitchen in back. This experience lasted several hours, and impressions were carefully made of my gums. I learned there are at least three more follow-up appointments before my finished dentures will be delivered. All the staff were impressive professionals, and I came away with confidence that I will end up with a much better product in my mouth for years to come. It will cost more, but I think it will be well worth the cost. I should have set higher standards in the past for something so important for my overall well-being.

My account information was confused, but we straightened it out. It seemed to be a difficult extraction, but there's been very little pain and no bleeding afterwards.
