Very nice. I have problems with dentist because I have extremely small mouth. But from Dr Martin, to Courtney, and Matt and Fauziya made me feel great. It was so simple and with available credit, really easy to afford, which I was worried about.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The office manager and other ladies up front make you feel at ease. I love the lady who takes the teeth xrays. She took her time to make sure i was ok with my gag reflex and showed lots of compassion. I was a nervous before having 4 wisdom teeth taken out and the staff made sure I was fully comfortable and explained the procedure thoroughly. I was able to schedule the procedure quickly with the help of office staff. Aspen is easy to apply for a payment plan and get approved quick. 10/10

Made an emergency appointment. The soonest they could fit me in was in 3 days.(today) I had a cracked, jagged tooth, lots of pain. The jagged part of my tooth was cutting my tongue and created a large blister. Again - 3 days away was the best they could do. I received my confirmation email with time, date and address for this office. I drive 30 minutes to my appointment and THEY LOST MY INFO. Said there was nothing they could do about it. I was crying when I told her everything I've been thru to get this appointment. She spoke with the office manager and came back to say - Sorry, we're booked today. They did the same thing to the woman standing in line in front of me. Disorganized mess over there They didn't deserve even 1 star today.

Have honestly never had a more difficult time getting a response from this office or the Florence, KY office. This location booked me an appointment, charged my card $120 prior to the appointment and then cancelled the appointment on me. 10/10 do not recommend. Save yourself the headache and just go anywhere else - not an Aspen Dental location.

Friday was my 3rd visit within 2 weeks. I was having 14 teeth extracted and dentures put in. I have bad anxiety, I was given a pill to help with anxiety. The process was smooth from that point on. It seemed like I closed my eyes for 5 minutes and it was over. I was given medication and instructions which I followed exactly. I woke up this morning with no pain. I am amazed by the care I was given by the entire staff. I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs. I am beyond impressed. Thank you for removing my fear of the dentist, I appreciate each and every one of you

Went in this morning for some intense jaw and tooth pain. Worried I might have a bad tooth or an abcess I called just after they opened. I was in a room to be seen about 30 mins later, which was great since I had my DD with me. Every single person I came across was amazing! Maria the XRay girl was a true sweet heart. The Dr I saw, Dr. B, was nor judgemental or obtuse. The Hygenist Nikki had the brightest and warmest smile behind her mask. And the amazing people that helped me come up with a future plan... I didn't feel pressured or stressed out when I was there. I'm planning on returning. They were fantastic.

I took my twins there. Good atmosphere. They calmed my sons. The staff and the doctor was spectacular. They explained everything to me ... Where i could understand. Made me and my daughter an appointment as well. They made us feel good and relaxed.. Aspen dental... Yall are awesome
