I came in for a broken tooth extraction, because my dentist was on vacation and I was in some of it the worst pain I've ever been in. On a 1-10scale I was at7-8 and some times a 9 depending on how my spit hit the tooth. Then was taken back for and X-ray and since I already had a primary dentist the DA/MA asked what she should do and they sent me back to the waiting room!!!!! Since this would be a one time thing. That is the most messed up thing I've ever experienced. How does a medical professional do that the worst service I've ever been apart of. The complete and total disregard for their patients is unmatched. I've seen people come and go for the last hour and that's not my issue, my issue is I was being prepped for treatment and because I was only there for that and not a new dentist, they sent me back to the waiting room. If they would have just left me out in the room that would be fine I get that, but to take me back and then tell me, to go back since I was only there for that one time ! Be better come on!

I made an appointment online. I had a conformation also. I got to the office and was told not in the system as having an appointment. The girl said here call our scheduling department and make an appointment. She did not even try to make it right. She said she was not in charge of scheduling. Gurss walk-ins get turned away also. Even though they offer walk in appointments on website . Won't be going back

Our whole family goes here, and they provide great care for your needs. A couple of us had to create care plans for what we need done, and they worked with us on what we needed and wanted. Thank you to all of the staff

I went in for a second opinion. I was pleasantly greeted by everyone in the office. I wasn't expecting anything to be done that day, especially since it was a Saturday. After seeing what was going on it was decided the best thing to do was to take care of it immediately to prevent more issues. The dentist stayed past time to take care of this for me. I am very thankful for the service and care of all of the staff.

I've been having problems with food getting caught under my crown on the lower left side of mouth. Went to Aspen Dental in September. X-rays confirmed that the crown had several fractures and I needed a new one. I arrived for my appt this morning (10/13/22) at 8:00 am. I asked the person doing my prep how long it might take and she said "well, I don't know" (should've been my 1st clue). After taking a mold, she began swabbing a numbing gel on my upper left quadrant. I asked her why she was numbing the upper when my tooth was on the lower quadrant. She got Dr. Anderson. Dr. Anderson said they were putting a temp crown on the upper and I told her that was NOT the tooth I was having problems with. She looked at the tooth that I told her where food was getting caught. She insisted it was fine and they would replace the upper and could put a filling on the lower one if I wanted. CLEARLY, they were so clueless and, instead of listening to me, she just insisted on needlessly doubling their costs! I told her to wrap it up and that I would go to another dentist. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after I got home from that fiasco, that I found this: "A class-action lawsuit accuses Aspen Dental, one of the nation's largest corporate-dental chains, of illegally owning dental practices and of deceiving patients." I can, absolutely, confirm that this was my experience as well. What has happened to our medical field?

Got my teeth cleaned, the hygienist was really good. I had some brown stains on my teeth she said they should come off with the cleaning and they did. They look much better. Good job!

Terrible time management. You will wait FOREVER for your appt. My moms appt was scheduled for 2. They called day before to confirm for 1:30, she said she has the appt card says 2. Lady told her nope it's at 130. You will have to be there then. Made sure we got there before 130 only to wait 50 min in waiting room. Well past the original 2 they changed. Lady at counter told us we are waiting on people to get back from lunch. Then why up our time and expect us to wait in waiting room. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Finally called back and they told us they didn't have her stuff(well after2 now) ready we will have to reschedule and come back. Its a long drive absolutely terrible service. Only gave a 1 because zero isn't available

Staff is nice in person, that's why they received two stars. BUT outside of the office , I literally have to call over 4 times in a row just to get someone to pick up the phone and then when they do answer they say nothing , no greeting, nothing..... and places you right back on hold for 5-10 mins. After holding on you eventually get their voicemail, then...... You call back and the same thing happens again. It would be nice to get A "good morning can you hold" "May I help you" but instead you get placed on hold over and over again with no acknowledgement you can literally hear them pick the phone up and send you back to the holding system multiple times during one call. This happens every time I call. THE ONLYYYYY reason I continue to go here is because I already made a payment on my service.

The cleaning hygienist at this location in colerain is excellent, very comparable to Cincinnati Children's Dental. I would let people know, something to keep in mind is, they only have one hygienist in this office. They don't do cleanings the same day as X-rays and they do require X-rays before you get your teeth cleaned. Your cleaning will then be a couple months typically, after the X-rays on your teeth.

1st attempted visit left me in the waiting room 45 minutes. Extremely hot, no air movement at all. The first time I asked about wait time I was told there wasn't a room available. 2nd time I asked, I was told they didn't have enough staff working. I was the only one in the waiting room at that point, because they had taken everyone ahead of me. So, I made an appointment at a different location, still trying to get my first visit with a dentist at Aspen. During the second attempt, as I counted down on my watch, and had decided that I would leave at the 30 minute mark, they called me back after 28 minutes of waiting. The third visit was for just for a cleaning that couldn't be done when I saw the dentist, and mind you all services must be paid prior to the visit, so they already had my money, I waited 18 minutes. (Do they not trust me so they require payment in advance)? I thought surely prepaying must get me some priority? Why does the business advertise so heavily on television if they can't manage the customer workload? I feel like they intentionally overbook like a cheap airline. The surroundings: The chair you sit in for x-rays is broken. It was a small secretarial type chair, so you had to adjust your balance to keep from leaning too far. The floors were dirty, pieces of paper, carpet was just about wore out in places. The dental booth had a tray with a broken instrument dial. Equipment looked like it had seen better days. Overall feeling was this place is probably unsanitary. Is this a place that attempts to operate on volume and not quality? Care given: Good, the dentist took time to answer all of my questions, friendly. No work done. Hygienist was in a bit of a hurry, understandably backlogged, but felt like $100 for a 15 minute cleaning, without fluoridation treatment, might be the industry standard. Finally, if you are strapped on cash, no insurance, this might be the low end budget place for you, but I would research and compare costs, even a dental school before going here. Their work might be first rate, but the wait experience and cleanliness were not.

Dr Ellis was great. Explained everything she was doing in plain English. Only complaint I have is they always keep you waiting. Sometimes up to 45 minutes.

I called cause I broke a front tooth, they immediately got me in and took care of not just me but made sure to look out for my dog who had to stay in the car. From the front desk making sure I had an appt to the dental assistants helping me and reassuring me. And then the dentist doing her best to make the tooth look better than before it even broke. Truly the best experience I've had at aspen to date. I'm making this location my main one. If this reaches there team, thank you for today. I got the job and I credit that towards the smile you guys helped me with.
