Honestly, I have held back on writing a bad review for a long time. I had a crown put in and the bite was terrible. I went back in to adjust it and the wait time was long. I know this happens sometimes. However, I scheduled a cleaning appointment in May or June. I have gone in several times before then and I have asked if my appointment for 10/26 was set in stone, as they didn't have a dental hygienist at the time the appointment was set. I get to my appointment today and they say it was canceled because I didn't confirm the appointment. Apparently, they called me, but I didn't pick up (I am working) and my voicemail was full. On the morning of my appointment, I received an email at 8.45 am confirming my appointment. The lady at the front desk said she sent an email at 8.30 am to reschedule. I told her the only email I got was 8.45 am confirming my appointment. With no empathy or regard or apology for making me leave work. The other dental staff were always pleasant but the two ladies at the front desk were not so nice. I should have believed the other bad reviews.

I messed up with the time I was supposed to arrive I thought I was supposed to be there at noon instead my appointment was at 2:00 p.m. I explained that I lived over half an hour away and it would take an hour to go home and back and I didn't want to waste the gas just to go home for an hour so they said they would work me in and I said why I had no problem waiting the whole time if I need it but they did work me in and it was nice so they were very nice people every one of their people who work there are very polite

2 years later I am changing my review, I am extremely disappointed!! I was scheduled for an appointment I showed up a fewins before the time waited almost 40 mins to then get an x-ray, then was moved to a room to switch the dentist. I waited an hour and half with no contact or update about when the dentist would be in. Needless to say I was furious at the blatant disregard for my time so got up and told the front desk that I had been forgotten, the receptionist just staredat me. So I left never having seen the dentist. The worst part is that this wasn't the first time that I had been made to wait bover an hour. I will not be going back there nor will I recommend them to any one else and I've sent 3 people there. NEVER AGAIN ASPEN

Very friendly, great service. Highly Recommend them . That was 5 years ago. Today (2022) . Not a reliable office. Keep wanting to change appointments . Happened to all 3 members of my family. Forget about getting a cleaning every six months. You have to wait at least nine months or a year between them. Bad service

This dental office I would not recomend. The dentists donot stay there, it is like a revolving door. The hygenist poked my gums causing severe pain. Same with the dentist. They are not experienced enough and do unnessary work that does not need to be done on perfectly good teeth. This is a reflection on the dental practice owner.

My experience with Aspen dental has gotten worse each time I have went. The last wait time was almost 2 hours before the dentist came in just to hurry you back out the door to say you have to have a second appointment to have a tooth pulled. Takes 5 minutes to get a tooth pulled. All a money grab. Making double the money from people or insurance by making folks have 2 appointments. Waste of time

Made an appointment for my son and was told Oct but to walk in and they would see him if a spot opened up bc it is an emergency. I get him here she goes back and says nope can't fit him in but can bump his appointment up to Aug 31st. What a joke it's an emergency not a tooth cleaning. I've used Aspen in the past and loved the experience but when you can't tend to my child for an actual emergency you've lost me.

Had a dental emergency. They were extremely super busy and short staffed. They still took time out of their chaotic day to help me out. They didn't have to, but did anyway. Very kind and professional. The tech I worked with, very caring. Other Dr offices like Mercy should study Aspen to gain perspective of treating people like people. Not cash cows. I wanted to add on about my visit with Dr McQueen. I was extremely nervous to have a root canal to the point where I was about to throw up. He was very professional. He explained the procedure to me listed the options I could take and calmed me down. Was a wizard with the novocaine shots to the point where I barely felt them. One of the best Dentists I have ever been to. Thank you guys.

Brought my mother in for replacement dentures. Her appt was for 11:30. We are still here at 2:00, and they still haven't made her impression.

Had a 10:15AM appointment, I waited over an hour to see the doctor just for her to come in and look at my teeth for less than 5 minutes. Complete waste of my time; why schedule an appointment well before the doctor is available? It is a Friday morning and did not seem very busy I was the only person in the waiting room and still ended up waiting forever. I'm not usually one to complain but this was something else.

Called and scheduled an emergency appointment, only for someone to call me 2 hours later and say they had to cancel it because they couldn't "take anyone at 5 that's why the appointment slot was open" but they couldn't give me an answer as to why the receptionist scheduled me in before. If you're looking for reliability, this isn't your place.

Have always been please with Apen Dental. I just called and was put on hold 3 times. I see what they do when they go to answer the phones. The girls up front can be in a conversation amongst their selves and push a button on the phone to ignore the call! Would have given all 5 stars, but that is uncalled for when having a question or to try to schedule a simple appointment! And from reading other reviews, sounds like you problem is at the front desk!
