Please before doing business here, Google and read the US District Court, Northern District of New York, Class Action Complaint...Case 3:12-cv.01565-DNH-ATB filed on 18 October 2012. It is 70 pages long, but I have enclosed pictures on issues relevant to me between March and October of this year, not in order. I visited this office and aside from the dentist whom I admired, was treated unprofessionally by the office manager Emily Oswald and many of her office staff. I was overpromised and under delivered. My first procedure was uncomfortable and I called immediately when returning home, but was told they could see me next week, not that day...I was bleeding. By the way, dental bibs were not offered and impressions made a mess of my clothing. I mentioned this to the Emily which was ignored and the next time I brought my own. Billing was a nightmare and Corporate became involved and due to Emily's internal office insurance mistakes, it cost Aspen Dental over 650.00. I transferred to the Camillus office and found the same issues but in a broader scope. I asked too many questions, proved my case with detailed paperwork, and was dismissed from the practice by Melissa, a Regional Manager, thus denying me medical care 50 percent through the procedure. I am 75 years of age and consider this senior citizen abuse and extremely unprofessional medical care. I am left hanging! The employees should watch their own tv commercials and listen to the infomercials played while on hold. They don't jive with what the offices present. My next step is to contact the New York State Department of Health. This is Corporate Dentistry at its best... The Fast Food of Dentistry. Neither a pleasant or healing experience. Thank you for the unsigned letter dismissing me from your practice. It was a kind gesture...sent FedEx...impressive.

I was overcharged by this clinic $112.00 and they would not reimburse me for unnecessary charges. This is a great dental office to visit if you want to get swindled!

Such a miserable place and people. They are so miserable that when they check you teeth they will intentionally hurt your teeth so you get the pain as reason and gift as to why they work there !! Stay away totally !!

Had my upper teeth pulled and dentures put in on the same day. Staff was great. Paid cash and paid all of it up front. After the initial visit things went down hill. It took weeks to get appointment for adjustments the lower partial has been wrong from the start. The lowers have broke 2 times and now the uppers are so loose they hurt. The servicehas gone down hill fast. Look for part 2

They are are very wonderful! I had mouth surgery done on Saturday. Few teeth pulled he numbed me so good I didn't feel nothing, then when he put the dentures in I just couldn't and still can't believe how great my smile is now. Aspen crew and the dentist are the best they have made me very happy and I'm able to smile without hiding my face Thank you all so much

Everyone was very nice, Yadira was amazing and made feel super comfortable when taking my X-rays and came by to check up on me after. Company's need more employees like her.

Each person I had contact with was excellent--highly professional and cordial. Kiana had taken my call originally, Ashley followed up, Emily took my x-rays, Dr. Alvarez was very thorough and highly knowledgeable, and Austin was great with the financial process.

I'm an existing patient and the dentist recommended a procedure needed to be done. They performed a number of expensive x-rays, and said a follow-up is required. When trying to schedule the follow up appointment, they refuse to give me a date. They screen my calls and flat out ignore the numerous voice-mails that I leave. I highly recommend not going to this dental practice. They are disrespectful to your time and money.

My appt was at 10:30am on July 12th. Has to wait 20mins for the doctor to come in and numb me for a cleaning. If I didn't have to wait it would have been a 5 star.

I really like Dr Alveraz, the rest of the staff are pleasant . My only concern was the lack of masks in the waiting room and when the employees were not doing actual dental work. I thought the protocol was still in place within medical establishments.

Like many others, not a fan of a dentist. But everyone was super friendly and nice. Did a walk in and was seen very quickly. Woman at the front desk was super nice, the nurses? Assistants? Not sure what their official title is. But they were super nice as well and awsome. Pretty much everyone was great. And that's coming from someone who does not like going to a dentist. Not sure if anyone will actually see this. But stay awsome.

Completely unprofessional. I had a cleaning scheduled at 730am. I show up and the office doors are locked, no other cars are in the lot. The doors say they dont open until 8am and yet i was scheduled for earlier. I was there for 25 min in the parking lot before they showed up and had a door propped open. A business shouldn't schedule appointments for when they are closed or understaffed

I was waiting for half an hour after the Xrays to see the doctor. I know his time is important but mine is important also.That was after a 40 mim. wait in waiting room You need to get more help before you lose .cliants.
