I was charged either $23 or $26 each for mouth wash and for a little container of tooth paste. Both items were prescription. I am a chemist and don't buy the need for these AND THE WAY THEY WERE SOLD. I. want both items returned to Aspen Dental for credit.

The first time I went it was great. The staff was very nice but conveniently after all of my care is paid for it went down hill. I've showed up for 2 appointments that have been canceled by aspen, and no one has the courtesy to call and tell me. The lady at the front desk claimed they don't call people for appointments, while she's telling me that I hear a team of 2 people calling people for appointments. It's been a huge waste of time and delayed my healthcare due to their mistakes. Going to the dentist already isn't fun but dealing with the miss communication of this place makes it 10x worse

This company does not seem to care about its customers. Like the other reviews state, appointments are made online but online confirmation does not matter. They will call you and if you do not give a voice confirmation your appointment is cancelled. I was able to reach someone in the office during business hours but not in time to keep my appointment. I was told that as soon as they do not get voice confirmation the time slot is given away to simeone via their call center. I will not be returning.

In Aug. I tried Aspen Dental as I was in need of a local Dentist. Nicole my first impression and she along with rest of staff won me over. Everything was amazing and everyone. Try these folks, they'll have you at the first"open wide"., Ok I'm

I'm not one to write reviews often however the way they conduct their billing is not it. First they ask me to pay ahead for my services and I asked multiple times before proceeding to work with them if there will be any additional hidden fees or anything of that nature and they assured me that it would be fine. And here I get multiple bills in the mail from them stating that I owe them for unpaid services rendered. Also they wouldn't even do a simple routine cleaning for me which is included with my insurance. I only went with them since they were the only place in town that had an appointment. Never again.

Stay away from this office. Shady business practices and unclear billing. A routine cleaning is costing me $200 which is unacceptable.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental everyone was very nice and everyone explained everything in great detail, I will be going back in a few days I will make another post about my next visit. I give everyone there A+ from the start to the end.Super friendly

By far the worst and most unprofessional dental visit I have ever encountered. The only 'positive' interaction we had was with the kind receptionist, the young lady that did xrays, and Monica, the office manager. Wasted time, we were scheduled for an emergency visit (broken tooth and busted gums.. or so I thought, but apparently the dentist 'didn't have time to do anything ' and sent us out the door. Also telling us that the busted hanging portion of his gums would just 'rot off'.... I was dumbfounded. So my son is left with a sharp broken tooth, dangling gums and zero help. Do not recommend, at all.

This place tries to rip people off and is only Worried about making money.Went wanting to get a tooth filled and they tell me that I'm going to need thousands of dollars of dental work. Can't even get a free cleaning which is supposed to be included with my insurance.Said that would cost $800. NEVER AGAIN!!

Working staff was friendly, but the time spent there was very long. It took 2 hours to complete a dental check-up. They also did not process my insurance correctly. They said I would have to pay out of pocket, but after calling my insurance that was a mistake. It was figured out after I called my insurance company, but to initially get it wrong and try to tell me I will owe them $500 when I'm reality it's was $200 is why I give them 2 stars.

I had to pay about $2k out of pocket just for local antimicrobial powder at the end of periodontal cleaning- 10x what the cleaning itself cost, and not covered by insurance. They do not properly explain this ahead of time... had I understood, I would have sought another dentist that doesn't gouge patients on ancillary line items.

I went to Aspen after having a horrible experience with another dental office, where I got my teeth pulled and got dentures immediately! At Aspen everyone was so friendly and professional it was very refreshing!! Lyndsey was Awesome she listened to my concerns and really cared and than there are no words to express how EXTREMELY HAPPY I am with the Lab tech Sherlyn she came from up north with 14 years experience and she really cares about getting your dentures correct and that the fit is right and look great!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! I ate with teeth for the first time last night in years!!

They canceled my appointment after I confirmed it the day of the appointment and didn't notify me. I only found out by showing up for my appointment, printed confirmation in hand, only to be told that I didn't have an appointment.

This place is the worst, they cancel on my boyfriend three times and made him miss day days of work because of it because they canceled the day of. Every time we went they would say we owed more and more money for the wisdom teeth surgery, we paid 762.60 in full for the surgery in advance and we are still waiting for the refund and this was in May! We have only got 207.60 back and are still waiting for the 555 bucks. Absolutely ridiculous this place is a scam. We decided to go somewhere else after they canceled on us three times, do not go here!
