We were just told that Dr Robinson was cutting back on her production and therefore could not do Larry's filling. So we are left with finding another dentist to do the fillings and hopefully will take Dental First Financing. But She is still going to do his dentures. Totally unprofessional !! I feel like we've been left in a boat without a paddle. My guess is she will continue to take on new patients.

Clean. Quick. Not as pushy as before so I felt more comfortable and relaxed when weighing my options for upcoming dental procedures. Dentist was matter-of-fact and tells you how it is, not a bad thing.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and my insurance paid all but $609.32 in which I paid in FULL the day of my procedure. I have had to fight 2 separate collection agencies that Aspen has turned my account in on!! Both times within 2 years apart they have claimed to have "taken care of it" only to receive another notice from a complete different collections agency less than a year later! It's a never ending cycle of frustration!! I do not trust them as far as I can throw them. I do not recommend having any type of work done here unless you're prepared for the headache that's to come. I've saved recipes, have bank statements, dispute numbers and nothing is fixing this. So unprofessional and annoying!!

Aspen Dental Chillicothe has a friendly atmosphere with very helpful staff. All members of their team are extremely thoughtful and willing to go the extra step to help convenient you as a patient. I am most thankful for the assistants and doctor who are always honest and thorough in their work and explanation. My experience has been horrific with this location in Chillicothe from starting back in December 2021 when my my 2 dental implants process began. Bedside manners of the primary dentist is beyond rude and disregards allowing for explaining of the daily procedure explained or follow procedures and timeframes not to mention the lack of compassion to the patient. She literally starts cramming instruments into my mouth starts working on my gum graphs without numbing me. When I squirm and yell in pain she gets annoyed and her assistant applies some topical cream and the dentist immediately shots me 3 times with the needle before the topical had a chance to work. My anxiety was been kicked in overdrive with each visit. I can't wait to finally have my permanent implants in the end of the month so I will never have to return to that shop of horrors.

I rated Aspen dental as a five-star if I could have given more stars I would have. They were very friendly from the receptionist to the dentist to the whole staff and thoroughly did the work that they advertised on Google when I was checking places to get some dentures made I read about them and thought I would give them a try and they were everything they said and more. I'm going back to get my dentures in my partial when my appointments due so I would recommend anyone if you want to go to a good dental place check out Aspen dental you will not regret it.

Currently awake, yet again, now at 3 am with throbbing mouth pain during what is to be a long, pain filled night and potentially pain filled next few days. I had an extraction today and was refused any pain medication besides ibuprofen, which I am unable to take due to stomach issues. If you are familiar with extractions, you know they can be quite painful, a different beast. It is standard to be prescribed a small amount of narcotic which is effective against this type of pain. So if you want non-effective pain control post tooth extraction this is the place to go, which is both unacceptable and unethical. I was actually shocked when I was told to take Tylenol when requested a stronger medication than ibuprofen. For extraction pain? I will be canceling my next appointment and will never consider in the future. I work in the medical field myself as a nurse, and must say, I am unimpressed to say the least.

needed to come back a second time because the cavity filling was done incorrectly and damaged my tooth. Now I have permanent tooth pain from a routine cavity filling where I previously had no tooth pain and just a hole in my tooth. I was billed multiple times for this experience. Towards the end of my last visit I asked the front desk if I needed to pay anything, they said, "nope, you are all good to go". Fast forward two weeks and I am greeted by a $40 bill by Aspen Dental in the mail, claiming that my payment was due a week ago. won't be coming back and will be recommending others to stay away.

I have had a great experience with Aspen Dental. I had to have extractions and implants, and I liked that they are able to do both right there. I was also able to get right in to have the work done. The staff there are very friendly. The Office Manager does a great job. She sat down with me, and discussed my treatment plan, and helped with the financing. The Dentist has also been great through the process. She really helps to alleviate some of the anxiety I have about being at the dentist.
