Do not bother. First appointment was nothing but an hour long lecture. Unable to make another appointment. Never received any actual care. More like buying a used car then a dental office.

I had a great experience with the Aspen Dental team! Darienn at the front desk was very pleasant and was able to get me scheduled in a limited time frame. I had to get some extra work done and the team was very transparent -- I so appreciated how the office manager walked me through all the potential expenses BEFORE I got the work done, rather than as a surprise after the fact. Bri is the best hygienist I've had in the area, she was so gentle and diligent. Lastly, Dr. Shah did a great job explaining the medical speak in a simple way and talk me through my options. Overall had a wonderful experience and highly recommend!

Corporate scam. Go somewhere else. I thought I was going in for a cleaning but they wouldn't give me one without me purchasing expensive gum treatments. They also pushed invisalign and other expensive things on me. Save yourself time, money and energy and just go somewhere else. I wish I could give zero stars. First and last appointment.

Working toward recovery, for the past three years I have suffered from TBI, concussion, vestibular and untreated oral injuries' from a commercial vehicle accident in 2019. Aspen is working with me to repair the damage and re-realize a smile I have long been without. I am pleased with the thoughtful and compassionate care they have provided and impressed with how well the organization has communicated and worked within a tight budget. Thus was my first visit with them and my first visit in over 2 years. They were very professional and pleasant. They use great organization within their processes. They are very thorough in making sure your dental needs are addressed and understood. They prepare Good a plan of action for you concerning procedures and at home care and explain everything clearly. I cam in for a cleaning but they wanted to know my entire dnetal history and issues right up front. So today was more counseling and gathering information to prepare to help me in the best capacity that they can offer. So... to my surprise.. a nice surprise... it was more than just getting a cleaning ... it was caring about my overall dental health. It was definitely worth the visit.

My experience at this location has been the worst of all the other dental offices I have ever been to. I had to wait for over 30 minutes after being placed in a service room for the dentist to come and see me. She only came after I summoned her twice. Additionally, I requested a very specific service which they agreed to and then denied to perform after taking the x-rays saying that they need to do an overall assessment. It was their way of charging me something by taking an x-ray knowing that they wouldn't be able to perform the service itself. I guess I should have acted when I saw another aggravated patient when I was doing the paper work. My advise to you is don't ever go to this location.

Everyone was so nice, but it really felt like I was more of a customer and less of a patient. Was definitely getting $5000 dollar Invisiline pushed on me. Felt really wierd.

Dr. Shah, Dr. Sharma, Briana, Leah, Alondra, Andrea, Brandee and the whole team at Aspen of Rogers Park is very kind & professional. They do everything possible to accommodate the patient to have a good & positive experience. Good dental work is costly so I would disregard the poor reviews for this location. They are fair & professional.

They are scam artists who only want to pull your teeth and lock you into debt without exploring other options. My first and last visit, they took several xrays and determined I had a blood infection, without any actual blood work. Then they decided that I had to get a tooth pulled and a stack of other work totaling $13,000+. I told them theres no way I can afford that, so they signed me up for a credit card and charged me for the work before I even left the office. I told them to maybe just pull the tooth if its necessary but they already billed my account. I told them I could come in within two weeks for the procedure and the doctor got mad at me, told me I was at risk of dying if I didnt get the tooth pulled that same day. I left the office mid conversation with them. Then i found out 3 days later a coworker of mine went to them and they told him the same, that they had to pull 6 teeth immediately or he was at risk of dying from a blood infection. Hes on the line for $250 a month on the same credit card they signed me up to, for the next 3 years. I called and canceled the credit card that I wasnt even approved for yet, and they told me I owed them $60 dollars already just for having the account, as that is the monthly surcharge just for having it. This, coupled with an interest rate of 30% a month on the total $13,000, its blatantly a scam. I canceled everything and am getting a second opinion from a friends dentist.

Staff was friendly but the management was terrible. Long wait times. Doctor was working on 3 patients at 1 time. I sat in the dentist chair for almost 45 minutes while the doctor worked on another patient that came in after me. Was quoted 20K worth of dental work that I was ready to begin with the help of my insurance. Had the first procedure done, with no follow up appointments made, no one ever called to continue the treatment, no one ever answers the phone, just left me hanging and never heard from them since. Thank God i found a better dental office that completed my treatment in less than a month and was way cheaper. I was so disappointed in Aspen, especially considering the amount of money I was about to give them.

Staff was super friendly, Andrea was super fast and efficient, Dr. Shah explained my treatment very well and Alondra was also super helpful throughout the process. I Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for dental treatment! Great job ladies!

Love this place, great personalized, warm service from staff and doctors, great technology. Giving only 4 stars since I'm noticing waiting time is increasing more and more, I believe there's room for improvement there.

I was in a lot of pain over the weekend and did not have a dentist. I googled emergency dentists and was able to get an appointment at Aspen the next morning. From beginning to end on both days I was there, everything ran smoothly and the staff and dentist were wonderful. I have severe dental phobia and everyone was very kind and encouraging. The treatment involved an extraction so their kindness was much appreciated. The facility is nice, impeccably clean and state of the art.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment at 2 and sat there till 420 for x rays, more X-rays, a hygienist and a dr to look at my teeth. I came in for a cleaning and check up, I did not get a cleaning but I got a estimated bill of 1200 for everything I so called needed which included a $135 tooth brush? This place felt like a time share on teeth, selling more and more things every chance they got. Never will I go there again.
