I love this place. Everyone was so helpful and respectful. They seem to know just what had to be done and also offer a payment plan for those who can't afford to pay out of pocket or have insurance to cover the dental work they offer. Thanks to everyone there I will be smiling again. Thanks staff

I had an emergency & needed to be see right away for my broken tooth & they squeezed me in at the end of the day and took x-rays to find out the situation and did not charge me for the first visit as I didn't have dental insurance. And scheduled me for two extractions for the following week. On that scheduled visit I was canceled for unknown reasons. After waiting 2 weeks to hear from them to reschedule my appointment. I have to say I was not very happy about having to wait that long. But in rescheduling my appt. they were very apologetic. When I arrived to pay for the extraction they lowered the even more which really helped the whole experience. The Doctor & staff were really nice & made you feel comfortable . Office & patient rooms were very clean & comfortable with a TV to watch if you wanted too. Even with the appt. rescheduling issue I would still go back!

Staff is friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered about my up coming treatment. Very clean office, staff and doctor really make you feel comfortable.

I was experiencing pain on the left side of my mouth. I was able to schedule an appointment approximately 48 hours later, and the staff and dentist were able to quickly determine the cause and a plan for treating me. I couldn't be more pleased, and can't begin to recommend them highly enough!

Was given an appointment (had to leave work only for them to get smart with me and say we're sorry) for not having my partial ready then was told the work that I had to have down they weren't gona perform because I need to see a specialist first (and all this time has been wasted) and you would think they were professionals lol I wouldn't suggest these people to anyone!!!

Waiting on call from Melissa. Going on 2 weeks from when she was to return my call. I have tried numerous times to see a specific dentist there but most unfortunately they can't seem to get it straight. I go for an appt only to be either seen by someone else or told I will not be seen by a dentist. Too tiring to continue to have this happen. Very unprofessional, unorganized. Would not recommend. No leadership.

My first visit here was fantastic, everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. However, I have called every day for the last 3 days to make a follow up appointment and nobody has bothered to return my calls. They never answer the phone even when it is very much during business hours. I even went as far as to email the practice manager Owen and didn't receive a response from him either. It's a shame they're losing my business as I was about to spend a lot of money over the next few months with everything I needed done.

My whole experience from the front desk to finish was very professional. I would give 5 stars, however, it wouldn't be honest for only one visit. They have a good group collective so all stages of care is covered

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. The staff is friendly and professional. The dentist is so gentle, kind and totally focused on his work. Five stars are not enough to describe this dentist. He is just fabulous. I went to the Chester office today office today

My experience at Aspen Dental was wonderful. Dr. Kate did a fantastic job and Rachel DA did too assisting. I love my dentures. Owen was courteous when I needed his assistance. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

This place is a scam!! Do not go. I went for just a basic cleaning, instead they just looked at my teeth and scheduled me a followup cleaning which I prepaid $200 for after insurance. I then decided I wanted to cancel the appointment because it seemed shady. I called to get my money back, but they wouldn't refund me because they "gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste" that was apparently worth $140. I feel 100% robbed!
