There was a mistake in the billing and they completely make it right. I also had an extraction that went very smooth and the Doctor showed me the problem that he had diagnosed with the x-ray in an early consolation. There was a crack in the tooth that was all the way in the root.

I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. Let's just put it that way. Judgemental, inconsiderate of patients needs, and the reception staff are ghetto. When you think about putting evil eyes on people I'm sure Dr chan has more then one evil eye. Just saying,, he deserves it.

Everyone is friendly & helpful. I was so happy that Dr. Chao was able to extract (2) very difficult molars. Which saved me having to see an oral Surgeon.

This Aspen office treats new patients like garbage. Don't go here. All you do is wait while people with appointment time after yours get seen. 1 hour wait times in the lobby.

I have no insurance the tv add and on line said you can get 20% off bill witch I didn't know when I made my appointment and thay did not tell me about discount so I pad full amount when i asks about discount they would not refund the 20% as advertised.

Worst dentist office for dentures. I had my teeth extracted and was given my immediate dentures they did not fit at all the whole fit was off. I went in multiple times for help and dr.Chan told me I had to wait until my healing was over for a refund or to get a new fit. Could not wear my teeth at all the dental assistant was the only person fixing my dentures dr Chan never even looked at my teeth to see what he could do. I had 3 relines in 2 weeks. I also had to go to another dentist office Dr.Delura of Romeo and he helped me get a correct fit for my teeth.he agreed my fit was off and it was poor job. I do not recommend going to aspen for dentures it's all about money for them not the patient. Also don't bother calling the customer service line because they are no help at all either aspen is by far the worst dentist ever.

They were very gentle and understanding of the pain I was in. Went over options for my tooth and helped with a payment plan because I don't have dental insurance. 10/10 great experience!

If you need a serious dental procedure, do not come to Aspen Dental! Found Aspen by searching "oral surgeon" on my dental insurance's website. Had an infection in gum surrounding left wisdom tooth. Was in a lot of pain and wanted to take care of before I left for vacation in 4 days. Office took extensive X-rays. I asked if I would need to be put under for the procedure and the Dr said it would not be necessary; it could be done under anesthetic injection. Scheduled extraction for 2 days later. Dr prescribed motrin and I was assured the script would be submitted that night (was assured 3 separate times). It wasn't. I had to call the next morning and request again. Dr also tried to add Invisalign (even though I told tech that I was not interested and she agreed that my teeth were pretty straight and did not need it) to my plan which I found out when it was time to pay the bill. I declined. I'm almost 40 and I've never had a dentist suggest my teeth needed realignment. Dr had to break my left wisdom tooth to remove and said it was more difficult because it was embedded in the bone. As soon as injection wore off, I was in intense pain even though I had taken the Motrin prescribed. At the time of the extraction I asked for stronger pain meds, since the motrin was not helping enough with pain prior to extraction. Was prescribed 8 Tylenol 3. This still was not helping the next day. Husband said my mouth looked severely infected. Called and requested antibiotic and more pain meds to help with recovery as we were leaving on vacation for a week that day. Was given amoxicillin and 8 more Tylenol 3. Have been in constant pain following extraction and it's 5 days following extraction. My lower lip is numb, I have severe pain in the front of my mouth, I can barely open my mouth, my chin is swollen and I can't relax my jaw even when I concentrate very hard on it. Called to request more meds and was denied. Went to see another dentist on vacation today. Was told I have nerve damage. He said I should have been put on antibiotics right away, before extraction. Aspen dr wouldn't have even given them to me had I not requested them. Dentist I saw today also told me that if my tooth was embedded in the bone he would not have removed it, he would have referred me to an oral surgeon. Now I have to see an oral surgeon to see if nerve damage will repair itself or if I have to have surgery to repair. Dentist I saw today also assured me I did not need Invisalign. So now I am in the worst pain I've ever experienced with no end in sight. This practice does not care about patients well being, it just sees people as an opportunity for a cash grab.
