All the people here are very nice accommodating and respectful. They are really doing their job above and beyond. I didn't have any difficulties in my last minute booking. You are in good hands with the doctors here. Doctor Huang I may say is awesome! He had made me feel safe and comfortable during the procedure. Don't believe in all negative reviews you need to see and experience for your self before judging. For me I'm very much satisfied with the service that I received here.

Yes I recently had a broken tooth removed by doctor Lee The surgeon at Aspen in Chelmsford . The surgery was painless and amazingly quick . All the doctors and staff at Aspen are top notch professionals and They've taken care of my dental needs for years I Wouldn't go anywhere else

Worst dentist around. Went in for a filling and they undid years of orthodontic work by putting a spacer between two of my teeth for the duration and leaving it that way. Avoid these guys

Everyone at Aspen made me feel welcome. Nina is such a great professional; made the otherwise painful treatment enjoyable; wonderful people person; explains and educates about dental care in a friendly manner.

I have several visits (deep/regular tooth cleaning, filling and tooth extraction) at the office. Both my wife and I love the team and office! They are caring, professional, and try their best to make my visits pain free and as comfortable as possible (they are also very humorous haha). Dr Huang & June are very thoughtful and experienced; they explains all treatment plans very clearly and really think in patients' shoes. Dr Nina, Dr Sonia, and Dr Rana take such great care of me and all their patients and provide high standard treatments! The office looks very new and clean and waiting time is not long at all. I would recommend all my friends come to this office!

I had a temporary crown fall off over Easter weekend and I couldn't get a hold of my dentist. I called Aspen and they saw me later that same day, cleaned up the crown, and put it back on securely. I was so grateful for the timely help. Everyone was polite and professional. Such a relief to have my crown fixed! I just might dump my regular dentist and come here instead!

They took 9 months for one tooth only to extract it at the end. It started with tooth filling then failed root canal and tooth extraction. The amount of suffering cannot be measured. The number of visits and time spent is BIG. They charge you every possible way. Spent more than 1500$ after premium dental Insurance plan. They never accept their mistakes, Always in denial mode. They don't ensure to make sure you suffer minimum than you should be. In my case I was unfortunate that My face has to be visibly swollen, jaw severely infected, eye pain , ear pain and severe migraine for the DOCTOR to REACT and EXTRACT the tooth. Very RUDE sometimes. Still, I thank him for extracting my tooth 8 days earlier than scheduled day as he definitely knew I would be ending up in a serious health condition.

It was a very good experience dealing with the staff and the doctor I let my mass health run out and I needed a tooth pulled they were very understanding and work with me to get my tooth pulled I am very thankful and grateful for the people at this facility I would highly recommend this to anybody And everybody a big thank you and I appreciate you guys

The staff has always been so kind to myself and my son who has special needs. Everything is explained as well as the cost. I would highly recommend this group in Chelmsford!

I have gone to Aspen Dental Chelmsford for well over 10 years. Dr Huang is the best! He explains everything before he does it and I trust him completely! Nina is my hygienist and she does an excellent job without causing pain. .

Incredibly orderly office - always knew where I needed to be and what was going to happen. Judgment-free zone. Really a perfect experience.
