Had to have a root canal... been hurting me for over a month ... that's how scared I was of going to the dentist... final couldn't take it anymore... a Dr B ... very considerate and professional... a people person... was great .. I got it done last week but waited till now to do a review.. wanted to make sure all is well .. I want you to know that when she numb my mouth the first shot was just a little discomfort and the next one couldn't feel the shot ... I thank God that she was as good as she was . If you have to get it done ask for Dr B ... her comforting ways makes it a lot easier to have done ... she cares about what she's doing and how she's doing it. Thanks again Dr B.

I had a dental emergency and hadn't found a new dentist since I moved back into Buffalo NY. I called Aspen on Tuesday in the early evening and they were able to get me in the next day. The dentist they assigned to me was concise in her assessment of my emergency and they were able to fix my problem in about an hour. I don't currently have insurance so I was worried about cost and I shouldn't have been. The procedure was very affordable and I am ridiculously pleased with the results. 10/10 would recommend the Walden Ave office to any friends and family who are looking for a new dentist!

Always clean and professional. Favorite dental place. Explained everything and demonstrated on the monitor how my braces would look and work. The cleaning was amazing. Bri did a great job.

Because of my fear of dentist, I have been neglecting my teeth for a while now and was very nervous going. Aspen was amazing. I never felt ashamed or judged. They did full x-rays, and I was able to discuss a treatment plan that very day. Everyone was very kind, but Savannah, from financing was amazing, she went over & above to explain everything in detail. Best of all, I did not feel pressured to have dental work I didn't want done right away.

They set me up for an appointment for a molar cracked in half. Then the day of, called me back and told me they wouldn't accept my insurance, and they still wanted to bring me in for x-rays I cannot afford. Needless to say, I am in a ton of pain with no help now, so thanks for that

Really uncomfortable! The guy was doing X-rays was realy disgusting. Other staff were nice.

Wonderful experience everyone was so helpful. I came there in pain and left very satisfied. I highly recommend them. For my dental needs they are the only ones I will go to. I give them 5 stars easily

My Gosh!! I have such an enormous fear with major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I called and spoke with Jessica and she was amazing. She calmed me down, explained everything and was super sweet! I must have called several places, and out of them all Jessica made me feel welcomed and comfortable! I went into my appointment and I must say... EVERYONE WAS AMAZING! They were all very compassionate and caring. I had such high anxiety and worry when I got there. Within minutes I was taken back for X-rays. The young man was the absolute sweetest dental asst. ever. He was relatable, assuring, and comforting. Next I seen the dentist and she was quick and assuring that everything was going to be fine. She was also thorough. Next came the hygienist and she was super sweet and comforting as well. No judgment at all through the whole appt. I needed major work done and simply avoided the dentist due to anxiety, fear, embarrassment etc. I left feeling amazing and had a complete plan with all the expenses broke down and all of my appointments made and ready to go! They are phenomenal!

Due to my normal procrastination & Covid, I was long overdue for a visit to the dentist, embarrassingly overdue in fact. But the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional and eased my embarrassment. I highly recommend Aspen.

They keep on selling you services that you don't need so they can take advantage of your insurance....Why in the world do I need a $100 toothbrush???

Girlfriend cracked her front tooth on a glass. When seen they attempted to sway her from having me, a 3rd party present. We were told after a Less than 5 minute look by the doctor, (who explained nothing) she would need to have it shaven down and a cap/crown placed on it as soon as possible. (Woah, let's get a second opinion) ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION Got a second opinion the next day at the Smile Center and was told it was a Hairline fracture and Superficial. That Bonding or Sealant would be the Most Extreme option Possibly needed if the tooth didn't naturally strengthen itself over 2 weeks. Thanking God we knew better than to go with the first consult.
