I just moved here and wanted a regular dental cleaning and scheduled an appointment quickly and easily. They tried selling me $4,000 worth of services and refused a general cleaning unless I paid an additional several hundred dollars on their toothbrush and special cleaning. Literally, they would not treat me unless I overpaid for their toothbrush. To clarify, I've been to a dentist every year for the last 30 years with no cavities or issues.

It was my daughter whom went to get a tooth cut out. She said y'all were very good at what you do she said her shots hurt a little but the doctor made it okay it seemed like a very easy procedure to her and she wants to go back again to check her other teeth . She had a very good experience

Ridiculously more expensive than other dentist offices around. Even with dental insurance. And wouldn't work on specific problematic tooth unless others routines done first. Just horrible...

Aspen Dental on Shallowford was a great dental experience. Super fast paced, they really cared about how fast I got out because they knew I had somewhere to be! Everyone in the office did amazing today. I am super grateful and plan to keep coming here! A special thank you to Amanda for all her great help!

Should have listened to the reviews. Horrible experience. I tried giving them chances but they are just terrible overall. First, I arrived to my appointment on time. Paid a 250 balance then was told to sit in the wait area. Waited 45mins just to be told that they needed to reschedule because the doctor over scheduled & has a meeting. Remind you, I took off work for the appointment. Then I was told they tried calling me the day before to tell me but I had proof that someone did call & confirmed my appointment. Got rescheduled, got 2 fills. Made it halfway home to realize my bite was completely off. They couldn't bring me back in immediately. I had to schedule another appointment. Missing out on work once again. This place needs new management.

Worst experience I've ever had in dealing with a dentists office...one person says one thing and one person says another...I have good dental insurance and yet they quoted me 144 for an extraction when I can go elsewhere for 60...place is a rip off and I do not recommend anyone go here

Called to make an appointment having moved here from Michigan. My appointment was scheduled for following week which was great. I didn't expect it that soon. I thought it would be weeks away. Had my exam and Xrays & saw the hygienist for gum measurements. Dr came in for review & I discovered I had a tooth that needed attention/work, MY choice to have pulled & not have root canal due to it having been filled previously yrs ago & it's location. This was ALL accomplished at my visit today. I saw the extracted tooth & it's decay. Next visit I will ask hygienist to put numbing gel on ALL my gum area as I am VERY sensitive when having work done. I was pleased with the care I received today.

I had the privileged to be greeted on the phone by PSA Talyor H.she quickly got me appointment on the same day. Upon arrival Rachel greeted me, couple x-rays and off to meet Dr. Patel. She accessed my needed service. Heather from the front office was quickly in the room with a price quote. Dr. Patel & Rachel did the needed procedure, painless, explaining each step of what was being done. Time pasted quickly and I was done. The entire office team was caring and treated me with respect while taking care my dentistry needs. Dr. Patel gives 100% of her abilities to meeting your 5 star expectations. She meets or exceeds your expectations. 5 Star business! Great people from the phone call until you walk out the front door. Entire experience is positive. Thank you Dr. Boling

People on the phone were super nice, got my son in for an emergency appt super quick but once he gets there and says just pull the tooth (his dentist is out of the country currently) they told him that he was too young for that and he needs a root canal instead! My son is 19 plenty old enough to make that choice. He left in more pain than he went in with and now has to just take his left over pain meds until Monday and I can find a dentist open that will actually help him.
