Don't expect to go back with your wife or husband. Would recommend going elsewhere for clients with anxiety

Personnel very nice. Cost totally unespected. I don't do loans and my insurance assured me I could afford a total transformation with my benefits. Seven thousand dollars for dental without implants is too much.

I usually see Dr. King and he's awesome but today I had the un pleasure of seeing Dr. Cost and after todays visit I won't be going back for anymore work. I went in for what was supposed to be a "simple" extraction for a bad tooth and for one he rushed to numb me! He was very hateful towards me because I told him it still hurt when he tried to pull it. I gathered he was just ready to go home. I am now On my way Home very numb and still hurting more than when I came in to the office with the tooth still in !! I was told I was basically imagining the pain bc of anxiety! But I know what pain feels like sorry to tell them.

VERY NICE. Too busy. Tries to sell you everything. Tries to recharge you even you've put everything on a card. The two fillings he did for me have random pain & the permanent cap too. The permanent cap fell out while eating a Cali roll. When I went back to get the cap put back on, I waited over an hour in the waiting room to be seen for 7 min. The WORST PART. The tooth I went for MAINLY, was NEVER touched. The appointment disappeared twice. I called to ask when the appointment was, they said there wasn't one @ they couldn't see me until Sept. it was July. They promised to get me in sooner if they could bc I told them it was starting to hurt more. Wellllll my gf ended up needed if another appointment & they got her in BEFORE me. Never called me to get me in sooner. Still have not gone back bc when I called to reschedule a 3rd time, they wanted to recharge me. They said they had refunded my card for not doing my tooth. SO you cancelled my appointment twice ( they have no record of it) (even tho I have it noted on the plan me n Justin made together) AND refunded. That's cool to get the money but I don't know why it was cancelled and refunded and then try to charge me again. The workers are seriously the sweetest but everyone is so busy they can't accurately accommodate patients. I know plenty of people w the same experience. Just wish I woulda known before hand

After 2 fillings being poorly done, a swollen face, jaw, neck, unable to reach anyone including the emergency on call service and being charged almost $1700 for 4 fillings, a cleaning, a toothbrush that doesn't charge and a mouth guard (I've never seen lol) and STILL paying on this bill, I was told after trying to get ahold of the office for 3 weeks I'd need a root canal on one of the teeth not filled properly, and I'd have to pay almost $1000 at Capitol endodontics up front just for the root canal until the insurance claim went through then depending they would refund it, just to turn around and go back to ASPEN I'm sure for another huge bill for the crown...long aggravating story short, I DO NOT NEED A ROOT CANAL, I went to 2 other dentists, the 2 fillings need fixed, as they were not sealed/completed properly, and wow that will only cost me $80 after insurance. I'll be requesting and expecting a refund from ASPEN ASAP! I'm lived!

***UPDATE*** So not only did my Partials not fit, they also started deteriorating within 2 weeks of receiving them. AND THEN They started sending me bills and turned it over to collections like 2 weeks after I reminded them that I was their chosen Veteran for the year. Am now working with our State AG to resolve the issue. Even saying I owe more than the amount they had originally quoted me. So none of the following applies at this point. I couldn't be happier with Aspen Dental. Originally I went to take advantage of their free initial services hoping to get affordable payment arrangements for dentures. Unfortunately I couldn't afford the payments and left pretty much in despair. A few months later the OM called me and told me I was the chosen Veteran this year for free services of what they had said I'd need done. I was in shock. Nobody gives anything for free. At least that's what I've always thought. I was wrong. This organization does this every year, from each of their locations. That makes them human. I couldn't be happier. I have started the process and will have my 2 partial plates by the end of next week. Whoop!

The absolute worst place for dentures! It 2 months for an appointment. Then after impressions it took 3 months to receive them. And I have had nothing but trouble with them! It's terrible. It's been 5 months and they still don't fit. I have to use adhesive on them everyday.

When did a dentist office who caters to the elderly go corporate?? My 81 yr old mother paid 3500 out of pocket plus what insurance paid and cant be seen for a problem? Have to send out thank you to our local dentist that still care and have compassion for the elderly

I became very concerned when they handed me a tablet to sign several forms, one being a financial agreement when I hadn't even been given the financial agreement to read.. I think they are scammers to get all the money they can, I made an emergency appointment because I could not get into my dentist this week and I'm having severe tooth pain.Their website is misleading, This is not a place to go to for an emergency, they will not help you immediately, they want you to make multiple appointments for things like cleaning and X-rays! I am up to date on my cleanings and I'm not paying for something I don't need! I ended up just leaving.

They tell you that you will have your dentures in 4-6 months and it's going on 18 months and they have to fix them for the 5th time. They also just realized that I was never billed for my partial and I have to pay 1700 dollars even though I paid in full according to my financial plan.
