This was my first time going to aspen dental. I was using the program they have for first time patients with no insurance. The imaging and exam were free! I was treated respectfully. I was very surprised at all the hi tech imaging they did, the 360 view of mouth and a 3-D Model of teeth. I was seen each step of the process promptly. The problems with my teeth were clearly explained as well as recommendations of treatment. I then met with finance to discuss options. Everything was explained clearly with no pressure to commit to a specific plan. Just tried to work with me. For the moment I elected just to do the critical and painful tooth first - to test how things go before I commit to all that was recommended. My previous dentist used very limited imaging and did not bother to explain things well so I could really understand.

worst place I've ever been. They brought me in for an appointment where I thought I was going to get my teeth cleaned. Instead they took a bunch of x-rays and I saw a dentist for all of 2 seconds and they told me I needed a deep cleaning. I was originally quoted around $150-200. Later they told me I would cost almost $400. I asked for my x-rays to be sent elsewhere because the place just felt like a money making scheme. They sent an unreadable version to the other dentist after having to go into the office and sign papers to send it over and insisted there was no other way to send it. I have to go back in and have copies printed. I didnt end up needing a deep cleaning at all and I have 3 cavities that needed to be sealed that aspen did not catch. I could not dissuade you from using them enough. horrible horrible office.

Positives*** - Great Dental Assistant, Roxy, love her. - Makes you feel comfortable (This is why im giving 2 stars) Negative*** I've been here at least 2 or 3 times now as I was looking for a new dentist. I found out by the dental assistant that I have a hole in my tooth that the dentist overlooked, which is a red flag because the dentist should've caught it the 1st time. They're so overbooked they leave you sitting in the room waiting for some time because they only have 1 dental assistant whose booked until February. After my treatment I was taken by a man who literally is aggressive in forcing you to get a 1000$ medical credit card (this isn't my 1st time dealing with him) Also informing me that getting a crown and filling will cost almost 2 grand...He makes me uncomfortable because he's very pushy and is very aggressive when you refuse the card. Sad to say I will not be coming back here any more.

I was so impressed with Dr. Hannah Brand, and her assistant Sakina. What could have been a bad experience, was actually great. They are so kind and professional. Ashley at the front desk was also friendly. I am so thankful that they were able to address my concerns.

I was scheduled with hygienist to get 6 month cleaning and then I was waiting a ln hour! Been going here for over a year they knew hygienist was double booked failed to tell me so I could have options to rebook!! I also had a dental assistant poorly clean and scrape my teeth.I waited over an hour!! I only want hygienist to clean my teeth when I'm scheduled with here, so to me I did not get my 6 month cleaning.

If you don't want to have to dispute charges, stay away! First of all, the dental hygienist is wonderful. Very personable and caring. Does forget to notate in your chart when you refuse certain services ( fluoride treatments). Both my wife and I decline the fluoride treatments. My wife has been a patient of Aspen Dental for a few years and has been billed twice for services not performed. I have gone 1 time for a cleaning and was billed for fluoride treatment that I did not receive. My wife was able to receive a credit, I have not yet. They keep saying because it is in my chart, I had the treatment done. At my wife's last visit she was charged a co-payment even though Aspen is in network with her insurance. Representative at the insurance company said the service without the fluoride treatment was covered 100%. She asked them just to bill the insurance and if it is discovered that she owes, she would pay at that time. Told that's not the way it works, pay or no services today. We both went in a couple of days later to discuss our account. Was told they were closing soon as the dentist was out that day. We would have to make an appointment. Requested a copy of both ledgers. Were never asked when we would like to schedule an appointment. Went back a couple days later, told again we would have to schedule an appointment with a financial person (which a financial person was never mentioned on previous visit). Was told at one point in the past that the dentist made the decision whether or not to credit charges. The front desk receptionist is very rude. Tried to say we did not ask to discuss our accounts at the visit that we received our ledgers. Why would anyone request ledgers if everything was fine with their accounts. After looking at the ledger, I realized both my wife and my co-payments were exactly the same. We have different insurance providers. Mine requires a co-payment, hers doesn't. What are the chances that they looked at the wrong patients chart when determining the co-payment from my wife or they wouldn't perform the cleaning that day. I'm thinking the chances are real good. Very disappointed in Aspen Dental's rude employees and poor billing services. We will be scheduling our next appointments elsewhere!

I've been going to this practice around 2 years and when I went for my last 6 month check up, I was told I have a balance on my account. Every time I would go to the practice I would reiterate to only perform the services that are covered by my insurance. I left without getting my cleaning and the male receptionist at the front stated he would contact my insurance for clarification. I did not hear anything for weeks and decided to call and was told the office manager would call me. When I spoke to her she was very short and spoke to me as if she didn't have time to deal with the issue I was having. Let's just say I will not be returning, which they probably don't care anyway but I refuse to pay for services that I made clear I did not want unless covered by my insurance. If you don't mind being deceived, then this is the ideal dental office for you.

I had not been to the dentist in over 6 years. I had 2 broken teeth. They went over the plan in great detail allowing me to choose how I wanted to proceed not limiting me to just their option. Truthful and very professional. I got my tooth extracted and a filling AND a deep cleaning on my bottom teeth, all in the same visit! It was super easy and I am excited to get my plan finished. Highly recommend them. Thanks Diedre!

Avoid at all costs. Incompetent dentist could not complete crown properly. Had to return 6 times to be told nothing was completed properly. Had to drill again to fix work. Complete malpractice and really offered nothing for the hours and pain spent trying to correct. Then their billing department overcharged by hundreds of dollars. Trying to correct though insurance company and getting no where. Can not say strongly enough to NEVER go here.
