On Tuesday I went in gave my new contact information and made and appointment for that next Friday the appointment was for 7am. I had to wake up early to get there on time and when I got there they said they tried to call me to reschedule the appointment because their equipment was down. I told them what number did you call because I never got a call and they read off my old number . I told them I gave you my new number why did you call my old number and she looked at me I'm sorry I don't know why it wasn't updated . If their people can't handle the updating of customer information I'm just wondering what else they can't handle

Aspen Dental offered free dental care for Veterans. This is offered on Memorial Day weekend. I went to the Chandler AZ location. I took advantage of this free service for the first time. What a great experience. The office was decorated, celebrating our Veterans. Nicely done. Jasmine took care of me. She was wonderful, very professional, knowledgeable, caring. The entire staff upbeat, helpful. The dentist came in to conduct the examination. She was pleasant. Thank you everyone. Michael

Had a great experience today at Aspen Dental on Chandler Blvd in Arizona, At my first visit there. Receptionist was very courteous and friendly, entry forms done on tablet, short wait to come in. X-ray tech, hygienist and doctor were friendly and explained all steps for complete check-up.

I was welcomed by front office staff immediately walking in. Everyone was so friendly and efficient! Dr Chris made me feel at ease about my treatment and thoroughly explained everything. So glad my coworkers recommended Aspen Dental and their 5 star service!

I came here for the first full exam as well a wisdom tooth extraction for all four impacted teeth. I've found the staff to be friendly both on the phone and in person. Most of these stars are for the tooth extraction. I elected for general anesthesia, so I do not know how the procedure went, but I came home with no pain. I was nervous about complications but I shouldn't have been. Even with having preexisting issues with inflammation and anemia, I had very little bleeding, very little swelling, and no issue with dry socket or infection or and unnecessary damage. I only had a bruise on my cheek and some pain removing the gauze initially, but afterwords the prescribed pain medication wasn't necessary. The procedure was expensive, but I recommend getting a dental savings plan (mine is through Aetna do only $15 a month) if you don't have dental health insurance and that covered more than half the cost. What I wasn't a fan of in this office was the initial appointment. There was very little opportunity to actually go over my bill and I think everyone should make sure they slow down and go over what each item on the receipt is. Although a cancer screening is something I probably should do, I've had no reason to believe I would be at risk for this especially in my 20s and would've rather not had to pay for it out of pocket. There were also a lot, like a lot, of X-rays and imaging done and that consumed the most of the appointment time was, that probably wasn't necessary, although that took up little of the bill. They did however charge me $130 for a toothbrush without asking me about it, it is a nice toothbrush and I decided to keep it, but that's a ridiculous unexpected fee. They also will charge you for things that are part of your future dental health plan, but may not be specifically scheduled, like charges for future cavities and such that "might be a problem later" but they didn't fill during the appointment. I'm not a fan of this and will need to call the office for a refund. If the wisdom tooth extraction hasn't been so good, I probably would've left 2 or 3 stars for a nice, clean atmosphere, and a good dental cleaning.

Best Aspen Dental that I've been to. They are honest & professional. They do amazing quality dental work at fair prices. They don't waste your time. They are thorough & take pride in their work. They also have integrity. I'll keep coming back to this location because it is hard to find a dentist office that has all these qualities.

My doctor is doing great ,she is a sweety we discussed my concerns and she said that she will try to address as many as possible, but she also explained to me what would happen if we went overboard and I understood. I really like Dr Patel

Transferred to the Chandler office recently and had a fantastic experience. I was greeted by the front desk warmly and Dr. Patel was kind and took plenty of time to speak with me while never feeling impatient or rushed. Nicole gave me probably the best cleaning experience in my life--incredibly kind, communicative, and patient during. I highly recommend!

Staff and dentist were fine. But I went for pain/root canal and they did 100 X-rays, hygienist exam, then after being there over an hour dentist tells me need an Endo who's not there and next available over a week away. So aggravated the tooth I'm already having trouble with and sent away in worse pain. Like going in for shoulder pain getting a wellness exam and punched in the shoulder then being told to come back and even help.

Aspen Dental is the best, everyone is super nice and helpful. The person that helps with financing and payments went out of her way to help us get financed so I could get dental implants.... Thank you so much Aspen Dental! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Actual Dentist was fantastic, however the welcoming and pricing experience needs some help. Quoted me over $10K for some cavities and a root canal, which I have absolutely no pain with any of my teeth. Not a fan of their sales tactics.

Scheduled a new patient appointment. I called multiple times to try to determine if they were in network with my insurance. I need an implant, braces, and a filling. No one answers the phone at least not the 10 times I called. My appointment was at 5:00 and at 5:02 I get a call. I recognize the number and I say I am almost there, 3 minutes away. While I am saying this the person interrupts says "are you going to be here we close at 7:00 pm and you need to be here in 5 minutes.". She was very sassy in her tone. I said I was going to be but you can cancel and I won't be your patient. I have tried to contact you and no one answers the phone. I will find a place that wants me as there patient.
