This has got to be the worst dentist I have ever been to. I'll start with my first visit, which initially seemed pleasant. I needed to get a filling done for a small cavity they found. I was given a quote and decided to go for it, as I'd always known dentists to be expensive. Little did I know of all the small prices they had snuck in to raise the price. I asked for an itemized receipt after, only to see I had been charged for an electric toothbrush at $150! A toothbrush I did not want or give consent to, but there I was with a brand new unnecessary toothbrush. Following my visit, I was still exhibiting pain on the same spot. Two months went by and I decided that was enough. I went in to get it checked again, but nothing was found and I was just getting "accustomed" to it is all. It has now been over 8 months and the pain has gotten worse. I tried going in but they won't even look at it unless they've charged for another exam. All for a tooth that they worked on and never left right. And even after the initial cost, they don't assure me I won't have to pay more for THEIR mistake. With all these costs, I'm better off just going to a brand new dentist and paying them to start over. This is the worst place, go anywhere else if you can. There's a reason they always have open appointments, avoid at all costs!

I'm not gonna lie I haven't been to a dentist in a long time I took care of my kids as a single father worried about them and them only but now is my time I felt comfortable there was very little pain if any and they were all professional and for someone getting back up on their feet and having monthly payments is a blessing I thank you all God bless looking forward to smile with confidences for a change

My experience with Dr. Thompson has always been a 10!!! He looks out for my best interest. I have had 2 crowns that have broken. Aspen Dental is supposed to replace them if there are any issues with their crowns. The first one broke after I had it a week. The second just broke last week. Neither crown has been talked about being replaced. I am getting fitted for a Nightguard in a couple weeks. They do a 3D scan of my mouth so the guard will fit me perfectly. When I asked about getting the crown replaced before the scan for the night guard....I received an email from an employee. She told me that the crown does not need to be replace and they can fix it before doing a scab. The whole point is that I have forked out almost 3K for two crowns. They should not break. And if they do then Aspen Dental needs to stick to their policy of replacing them. So...yes I'm going to see how they are going to fix my broken crown before the 3D scan of my mouth. If I am not satisfied I will call my dental insurance company and complain about Aspen Dental not sticking to their word.

Was seen promptly. Dr and finanial officer both explained things well. Were very good about accomodating my (weird) schedule for appt. for extraction.

Went in for a cleaning. Front desk were rude. Didn't get a cleaning. They took me back, got x-rays, then toldbme about them and said I had to wait in the front for the manager. They took 30 mins to get my insurance figured out. Don't go here.

Horrible business practices, they just lie to you and tell you your insurance will cover everything they recommend and then bill you for it when it turns out your insurance does not cover the specific procedures they told you they would. They then tell you they were just guessing that your insurance would actually cover it but didn't bother to actually check. If for some reason you have to go here, call your insurance provider YOURSELF and check to make sure it will be covered, don't let them just tell you it is or you'll end up with a $800 bill in the mail a few weeks later.

Used to have Aspen for all our dental needs but left them years ago. They were always billing us big amounts of copay, ended with an expensive crown that popped off twice because it wasn't done right and that's when we left. We've had Dr Kathy Eaton for years now and she is a great dentist with integrity.

This will be my first and last appointment with Aspen Dental. I scheduled a week in advance using the online scheduling system that they literally tell you to use for your first appointment. Not only did they reschedule my appointment without consulting me, but they sent me ANOTHER notification that it needed to be rescheduled AGAIN, at which point I just scheduled the appointment at a different location. After they send me a text saying I need to reschedule for the 2nd time, they call and leave me a voicemail 23 MINUTES before they closed for the day saying I need to call them back to confirm the same appointment that needed to be rescheduled. I call back the next morning at 10am, an HOUR after they open, and mysteriously my appointment has already been canceled. What a joke! I initially decided to go to Aspen because of the convenience of being able to schedule online. However, this whole process has been a waste of time and now I have to drive 50 miles to the next closest location to be seen on short notice. Thanks for NOTHING!

Going to the dentist was never one of my appointments I cared to schedule. Having bad experiences in the past, made me hesitate to go back to my old dentist. From making my appointment online to walking in the front door and being greeted immediately, made me feel at ease. The staff was not only friendly but caring as well. Dr. Phillips has the best chair side manner! Very professional and fun. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!
