Called this place for tooth extraction quotes. I was quoted $368.00 per tooth. Does that sound like the cheapest like they advertise? It's literally five minutes of a dentist time. Middle finger up for this nation wide dentist offices. The only way to teach these people is to just starve them.

Dr. Rajat deserves praise for the miracles he works. Friendly, gentle, and trustworthy. Every interaction I've had with him tells me he gives his all to every person in need of dental work. The staff is friendly and upfront about pricing. Aspen dental has my business as long as Dr Rajat is there.

I've got to say that everyone there treated me so fantastic my other dental place they made me feel embarrassed by my teeth the doctor here and everyone else did nothing but encourage me and to make me feel good thank you Aspen dental good night and God bless

If I could give a zero for this office and dentist I definitely would. My husband went there last week for x-rays and a cleaning and they took the x-rays and never cleaned his teeth. They said he would need to have a $2000 worth of extensive cleaning for his teeth. They never did do anything to him other than take x-rays. Two days later he went to another dentist who is also an oral surgeon and were supposed to have gotten the x-rays from Aspen dental because we called and asked them to send them to the other dentist and they said they would and when we got to the other dentist they had not received the x-rays. Aspen refused to send the x-rays. The dentist that we went to cleaned my husband's teeth and told him they were absolutely fine and only charged him $129. Aspen dental is nothing but a scamming business! Do not ever ever go to this place.

I was traveling, and I need an urgent care for my ONE broken teeth with its loosen cap, staff members were very kind and responsive, however after they taking full panoramic CT scan and another series of x-ray, the female Dr. talked about all other conditions that has nothing to do with my specific loosen cap that made me impossible to eat, instead she told me that she doesn't fix other doctor job. I should back to my state to fix it. Astonshing. The patient with specific medical issue is not marketplace when one cannot make money of it drop it.

Go to literally any other dentist in Cedar Rapids. They are always understaffed and all about profit. I was told that I have three cavities that need to be filled without taking X-rays. I went for a second opinion elsewhere and was told I don't have cavities.

First time cleaning after 39 years, Abby was really good with my cleaning, she was really nice and patient. Dr Vinnie was really nice too, I mean I was really satisfied after all and I love all the personnel that work at the Cedar Rapids office.

Mixed reviews, bathrooms are very dirty and appear that they are rarely cleaned, even with a morning appointment it was filthy. The dentist I saw on my first visit was very rude and short with me; I clearly explained that it takes a lot to "numb" me, however, he ignored me and began working on my teeth while I told him I could still feel everything. He didn't apologize until I complained to the dental assistants that his "bedside" manner was so unprofessional. I loved my oral surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Link, but since his medical episode, I believe he is no longer practicing at Aspen. When I recently asked about him, the dentist and assistant acted as though they had never heard of him.(?) I went to my local dentist for my six month check up and she found that my implant screw was loose, however, her drill bit was different than the one that Aspen uses. Dr. Kari Haganman's office called multiple times asking Aspen to share the name and number of the drill bit, but they refused. So I had to return to Aspen for another check up and the dentist was unable to locate the implant screw. Now I am waiting to see the oral surgeon on the rare day he comes to Aspen (once a month). I have been frustrated with their service.

Visited the Office at Edgewood Rd in Cedar Rapids, IA. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the wait time was less than 5 minutes and the hygienist Abby was wonderful as always, providing great oral care advice and recommendations, truly showing that she cares and it's passionates for what she does. The Dr was awesome as well, she came right away and made sure I was well taken care off. Awesome job Aspen Dental CRew!

I can't say if the dentists or hygienists are any good or not. After sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes past my (first) appointment time with no information about the delay, I left. I won't go back.

Let me start off by saying the staff was very welcoming and awesome. My initial appointment was great and I was told I needed two wisdom teeth removed, which I pretty much assumed. After the appointment is when the ball got dropped. I wasn't given any information to prepare, there was like no consultation with what to expect or anything. So I went in pretty blind. After I woke up and was sent out immediately. So I was really disappointed with that. My wife had hers removed somewhere else and it was incredible. The only reason I sort of knew what to expect was because I picked her up and the nurse spent 30 min after explaining after care and such to me for her. I had to ask what medications I was being given, what meds they were putting in my iv. Nothing was being explained. Pretty disappointed.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. My husband needed new dentures and we had moved here from Texas. Because he is retired and on medicare, we were somewhat limited in choices. We were given 3 options for dentures. We went with the low cost, no warranty, no free fixing plan because we had to pay it all upfront. Needless to say, in 9 months they have broken 3 times. We paid $50 each time we took them in. These broke eating TOAST. Not steak. Not hard candy. Toast. My husband does not abuse them or dropped them. They are just POOR QUALITY and have had POOR REPAIRS. There should be an expressed warranty on teeth less then 6 month or a year old. . Guess they need to make money some how when you don't choose the expensive dentures so they recoup it with all these $50 repairs. CRAZY!! If you are on fixed income and need dentures, stay FAR, FAR AWAY. It's a scam. You can have the nicest staff in the world, but when you have poor quality goods, it doesn't matter.

Brought my daughter for a consult to have her wisdom teeth removed. Did not know what to expect but was very impressed by the friendly attitude of the staff even with a full waiting room of appointments. There wasn't a very long wait and the dentist and assistant talked to us and explained everything very simply and made my daughter feel comfortable about her up coming procedure.

I had a painful wisdom tooth which needed to be extracted asap, they were able to squeeze me in same day I called.They even check up on me over the weekend.Thank you Becca, Dr Hadad and team, amazing staff and service!!

Never have I felt more intimidated and pressured to sign on for a 6000.00 dental plan. Wow. I left you facility balling my eyes out. You said I needed amoxicillin and never contacted my pharmacy. Guess I needed to sign your 6000 dollar contract first???? Wow. You'll never see me again.... I could go on about how Horrible my experience was...no need. Enjoy your GREED.
