I would have given them a 5 but there was a discrepency regarding billing of what a deep cleaning was suppose to cost me than what it actually was after I called my dental insurance. I was told it was to cost me about $1251, but after my insurance company called them, it turned out to be $499. So there was a delay in my getting the deep cleaning because I couldnt afford the $1251. Anyway, the staff is very pleasant. Matt, the hygenist, did a excellent job. He was patient with me and I felt comfortable with him and the procedure. It was the first time I have ever needed a deep cleaning as I have developed peridontal disease now that I am older. I want to stay on top of this to prevent further bone loss. Hopefully, there wont be any moew discrepancies with billing.

Dr. White and the tech I had are honestly the best dental team I have ever had. I refuse to go anywhere else.

From the moment the doors opened at 8 am my experience was excellent. Izi(sorry if I misspelled your name) had a warm and welcoming personality. I felt like I'd known her for years. Once I went to the back I was greeted by Matthew. He took care of me and guided me through the process with professionalism and humor. Dr. White came in afterwards with lots of energy and positivity. I am scheduled to get some work done and expect my experience will be similar to my first one.

Izzy, Latika, and Dr. Whitney White were some of the nicest medical professionals I have ever experienced. Latika kept me laughing and relaxed while she took my X-rays. Dr. White explained everything going on with my teeth very thoroughly. While she pulled my tooth she was understanding of my nerves and kept me as calm as possible. Izzy helped me organize my financial options, and as the face of the front desk she was nothing but real with me. I can tell they all love their job and I honestly can't wait to go back for more dental care. Thank you Aspen Dental Cedar Park!

Initial visit to discuss dentures. Very pleasant place and staff were very knowledgeable and super friendly. Lori in Patient Services, Izzy the office manager, Latika the dental assistant and Dr White were all great. Will have more to say after my surgery to remove some teeth and get my dentures in a couple of weeks. Looking forward to going back there again.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, our experience was above and beyond our expectations. We didn't have to wait long before we were called back. The dentist was clear about my dental plan. The finance consultation was explained to us in detail. We were able to choose the best financial option for us.

From the time I walked in I seen friendly faces the dental assistant latika was standing there waiting for me she walked me through every step that she was going to when my anxiety kicked in she stopped tell me to take some breaths tell me to relax that she have me and she walked me through the most difficult time of my life is when I go to the dentist office and she made me feel so relaxed when it was time for me to see doctor Cole dr. Cole made me feel safe as well she was very attended to me and my needs and I really feel relax I will come back again to that office great job everyone that worked at that day all of y'all made me feel safe thanks for the great experience

As someone who has been here MANY times in the past few months from crowns, fillings and teeth whitening treatments, I couldn't be happier with the staff at Aspen Dental in Cedar Park! Dr. White, her hygienists and all the office staff were all always so kind and happy to help. Dr. White went above and beyond with my crowns and made sure that I was happy and pleased with the way they looked and fit in my mouth - and made sure that we ordered/fit until they were perfect. I am moving soon, but will be making the drive to stay being a patient here - it's worth it when you find somewhere good!

Had some problems w a crown at Cedar Park office. They were helpful. Am on my third set of staff here... Including dentist. They've all been nice... Hopefully all's well with my #3 dentist's prognosis on my crown issues... Yes they solved it.... so thanks...

Great experience. Much better environment and attitude of staff was very pleasant and professional. Nearly stopped going to this office last year because of the uncooperative and really unpleasant attitude. Not sure what changed but so happy it did!! Went from a cleaning to a cleaning and crown which did not happen last year because of the poor quality of patient interactions. Thanks folks
