If I could give negative reviews I would. I recently moved an hadn't established a family dentist yet but I booked an appointment for pretty severe tooth pain I was experiencing. Upon arrival I was hopeful the front desk person was helpful, I was seen pretty quickly, and Maria took my xrays and was a delight. That's where the positives stop. I was brought back to the dentist chair and sat for about 20 minutes waiting with no one telling me what's going on. I had a different person come back to tell me the hygienist was on their way, a new person (who I can only assume was the hygienist b/c he didn't introduce himself) came to check my gums, then a 4th person came by to ask some questions about my visit (why I was there, when was my last dentist appointment, how often I brush and floss) When the dentist came in she asked "I'm your dentist do you have any concerns?" -ummm yes, I'm here for pain and I've told the other 4 people this? It felt so unorganized and I did not trust that any of them knew who I was or why I was there. She then sighed and left the room where I waited for another 10-15 mins when a 5th person came in telling me they needed more images, except that person then asked another girl to take the images (at this point 5-6 people have interacted with me and an hour has passed but I've gotten no where). The girl took pictures of my mouth with a different machine (she was also delightful but I was already super skeptical) When the dentist came back - she spent about 5 mins with me - told me I needed some crowns and a root canal and basically sent me on my way. I stopped her and asked "are we able to help with the pain at all?...that's why I came in" she said "Sure I can do your root canal tomorrow" and then sent me up front to review the "plan" The girl up front was nice and asked if I wanted a "Payment Plan" which is just an ipad where I can sign up for a credit card. I was quoted $5245.82 after insurance for the treatment plan. I decided that even if the treatment plan suggested was necessary I did NOT trust this practice at all to be doing the work. I called another dentist who was able to get me in the next day - recommended a completely different treatment plan (that did NOT require a root canal) and saved me THOUSANDS. I'm no longer in pain and the other practice (Dr. Kent's office in Lagrange) was able to provide an AMAZING experience where I felt heard and cared for. Aspen was disorganized, unempathetic at best, and made me feel like my concerns were not heard, I would not trust them with a cleaning let alone anything more extensive!

I had a appointment at 11:00am called me to come in right away I got there computers and telephones were down. I filled out all new patients paperwork turned it in with license and insurance to make copies off. After 15 minutes front desk said I would have to come back at another time. She took my name and phone number. I thought they would call me back no I ended up calling them back to get a appointment. Got one following Wednesday. I went in I had to redo my paperwork they couldn't find. When I was called back they did a lot of xrays, then moved me to another room for more X-rays. Moved me to a cubicle. I thought a technician was going to come and talk to me about my broken tooth. No a Dr Brown came in. I asked her what she was going to do she asked me if I had ever soa dentist before very sarcastic and went on and told me what her job was. Brown showed me my X-ray 2 cavities needed filling. I told her the reason I was there was for a broken back tooth. She said where!!!! I told her it was back tooth she looked said it needed to be pulled. She leaves and another looks at my mouth about gum disease. I didn't ask for that but she informed me I had gum disease. I get moved to front desk about pricing. I said when are they going to pull my tooth and was told I would have to come back next day to have tooth pulled. Next morning I get a call from aspen at 9:00 am asked to come in as soon as possible instead of my 10:30 am appointment. I got there still waited 15 minutes to go back. The young man was very nice but in a big hurry about everything he was doing. Your saving grace was the doctor and tech that did pull my tooth were extremely nice. When I panicked they stopped talked to me. Poor excuse for an emergency dentist office. I was in pain with a broken tooth for over 7 days before it was taken care of. I am new to Carrollton ga

Very upset by the visit I had on 10/24/22. I came for a cleaning and extraction. The guy who cleaned my tooth was so kind and very polite and the nurse I had so as well their the only reason I gave the rating I did if it wasn't for them it'd be a 1. I came here before and who ever did my mouth was great. This time I had Dr.Brown she seemed nice but after my shots in my mouth I sat in the chair for 2 hours. She finally came in but I felt everything and when I lifted my hand she didn't stop. I was crying trying to make her stop but she kept prying and pulling. When she finally got it out she just walked out the nurse was kinda but I had blood all over my face and almost passed out because of how bad it hurt. I got sick later and my gums are completely ripped, the tooth he side the bad one is loose and it's the next day I'm still in so much pain. I can't open my mouth or close it all the way. I love aspen dental but this was uncalled for.

My experience at Aspen Dental was great. I went in thinking I had a cracked tooth but was pleasantly surprised they told me it was a chip in the crown and the actual tooth showed no damage. The dentist felt it was not necessary to replace it, would have been cosmetic only therefore saving me lots of money. Being a new patient it made me feel good knowing they didn't try to over charge me. Definitely will return and recommend them to family and friends!

The person who numbed me was rude when she jabbed the needle into my gum and then told me not to yell when she hurt me. Uh no. Then she reprimanded and employee in the room with me. Unprofessional. And then they tried to give me medication I am allergic to and no pain meds. Just take advil. What the hell is that? Advil? Have you lost your mind? Total horrible experience and I am in horrible pain with zero pain medication. Save yourself and go somewhere else....

Horrible and for 3 days afterwards doctors finally got control of the profusive bleeding,so very painful persiger, no sleep for 3 days nor food of any kind for 3 days

Everytime I call for an appointment they say they have to leave a message and never call me back. When I finally do get an appointment the doctor is rude and will not listen to me about what I want done first as far as teeth being repaired.

This office is soooo horrible I have no words.... However I will explain my daughter went to get a tooth extraction she was numbed by doctor and looks like it hit a nerve and to make matters work she had ppl not knowledgeable about what to do.....it's a group of young people all in training but no experience ppl on the floor. Now we are in the hospital with an infection and pain creating more bills unnecessarily when all the doctor had to do was call us back after 2 attempted phone calls after hours. Totally a disgrace for this office to remain open . This place was hurting people there is so much more I would like to say but I will not at this time.

I was kinda skeptical about coming here after reading the reviews I'm glad I came everybody made me feel welcome. This place is wonderful my tooth was hurting really bad and they were able to squeeze me in. I feel like a million. Dr. Brown u rock!

You want honest prices and be treated with respect and not snarky attitude go somewhere else or just go to the newnan location that's what the employees at this location told me

Will not be coming back! My boyfriend got his wisdom teeth pulled today and it was the worst experience for him. He told dentist he wasn't fully numbed on one side and proceeded to start pulling out his wisdom teeth. Halfway during the procedure, I got a text from him saying they left him and was choking on his blood. After all of that he was only sent home with a handful of gauze. Not even an ice pack. Also, he only got proscribed pain med, but no oral rinse or antibiotic.

Kaitlyn did such a great job with my 9 yo. She explained everything so well and helped her relax. Dr Brown was nice as well. The whole staff was very welcoming. Thank you for a great experience!

Yesterday, my 89 year old mother-in-law was excited to think that her teeth problems would be taken care of and anticipating dentures. She had to pay almost $8000 up front for the extractions, gum treatment and dentures to come. Her extractions consisted of several broken teeth with roots and a couple of whole teeth. She went into the first chair at 1pm for the cleaning and gum treatment on the bottom 7 teeth. At 2 pm, she changed chairs to start the extractions. They said with the BP they couldn't give her strong numbing medicine. At 3 I checked on her and they were still waiting for the numbing to take place. At 3:20 she came out the front door (she has to use a walker) with one of the patients helping her. It was like a horror picture, bloody gauze stuffed into her mouth. I thought she had just walked out! I got her into the car and went back in to find out what had happened. She was told that she was scaring the other patients by crying and screaming in pain. They told me afterwards that her BP was at stroke level and no wonder. The assistant said her BP was high and that she was screaming the whole time. Also, I needed to get the pain medicine (which was never called in to my drugstore) ASAP. After we got home is when we discovered that pieces of teeth were still embedded in her gums and one broken tooth on the top was not completely pulled out. Dr. Brown comes off as a wonderful person but I do not think she is qualified to pull teeth!! Now, my mother-in-law will have to start over with a dentist to complete the removals before any dentures or partials can be set. Kaitlyn was very professional with the cleaning and gum treatment - but the rest of the experience will be a continuing nightmare. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS DENTIST

Dr. Brown and Misti are absolutely amazing!!!! They were fast and I didn't feel a thing! If you're in a pinch financially they will work with you! This will be the only dentist I go to now!

I had a bad toothaches and I called around for emergency extraction but nothing worked. Then I was connected to aspens dental with an appointment and been place head of other because of my pain level. But when I got there everyone was professional and throughout with each task that was done. I am satisfied with the out come. My teeth were pretty bad but they helped me deal with the infection in my gums and helped me which is why I was in soo much pain also. My teeth will be removed and after I'll have New teeth. Can't complain with those result!! Thank you Aspen Dental associates!!!

Jess and Shelby and the entire team we're great! Honestly it was my first time getting my tooth pulled and I didn't feel a thing. Seriously Aspen Dental is the bomb. Thanks for taking care of me doctor Vermelle. Your team is amazing .
