Everyone was friendly and great they checked on me while outside waiting to be picked up making sure I was ok

My doctor is Dr Davis at the Aspen Dental. He smiles, he is compassionate, he is handsome, however most of all he treats every patient like an individual and researches intellectually your personalized dental treatments. His staff if awesome and anytime one of the other dentists step in to assist hi Omg they are just phenomenal. Thanks for hooking me up all the time!

Iam giving a 3 star because I have been patient. Patient of Aspen Dental for about 3/4 years when I started this process I had Dr. Andrea Sullivan who I absolutely loved but I have asked about her and asked to see her on several occasions and keep scheduling me were different doctors who I don't care for at all they always make me feel like an inconvenience are they seem to be rush through my appointment.we're Dr Sullivan explain everything and was always kind very patient which made me feel comfortable in all my procedures.

My husband got the digital dentures within 5 days and looks like a super model! They fit perfectly on the first fitting and he was able to walk out with a new set of dentures!! The smile on his face when he got home was priceless! Thank you for making him feel special today!

I told them I was a scary cat. They treated me very well. They worked with me also on the bill and worked it out for me. I want to thank Dr. Davis, Katie, Kayla, Ellen and Krystal for their excellent care.

Me terrified of needles and tooth work, Jake,the dentist, eased my discomfort and pain. They allowed me additional comfort measures by allowing me to squeeze their hands and eased my discomfort anxiety and fear with patience and reassurance. It did not hurt I felt no pain just pressure like he said. I will come again for future work.

The care and service was good I was very unhappy with pain control issues. I was suffering for days before with a toothache and days after the root canal. No pain control issues were addressed. I called the office several times. No returned calls.

Dr. Jacob and Dr. Davis are very nice and seem compassionate about what they do. I switched dentists recently and this is the first time I've had an office come up with a game plan on what needs to be done and how they can help. Their evening hours are also very accommodating to my work schedule. I look forward to returning.

I had an visit on September 17th that was awesome. The whole staff was very friendly, respectful, and made me comfortable with asking questions. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Doctor Davis, Katie, Paige, and Taylor were wonderful!!! They explained everything perfectly and had a friendly sample and attitude!!!! You guys rock!!!

The entire team at Glen Carbon has been truly amazing! They have saw to it that I walk out of there every single visit with a smile on my face and hope! I could never see myself going anywhere but here for all my dental needs and I can't wait for my next visit! The greatest group of girls around and Doctor is super nice and understanding as well. He truly listens to you. I told him what I wanted and he was more than happy to see to it that I was happy with the results!

This was my initial visit for x-rays and exam. All went well and the dentist Davis was very knowledgeable. The entire staff was pleasant enough. I am scheduled for a cleaning and 2 crowns. I'm anxious to see how the actual procedures turn out. Update 10-4-2022 I got the crowns. No complaints. I was told how much it would cost and paid it in full. Now I receive a bill for several hundred more. I like to know exactly what I'm paying for but their statements are confusing. It seems a bit expensive overall. I think I'll find a dentist similar to the one I had before. I always new what it would cost me.

WORST experience EVER! Scheduled an EMERGENCY appt for a broken/hurting tooth needing pulled. When I arrived I was advised my appt had been canceled because they could not get voice confirmation. Advised me they had no open appts for the day & could reschedule me to a different day. I checked my phone....no messages from them. Checked the number I gave them...it was correct. So they obviously accidentally called the wrong number ONCE...got no answer and decided to cancel an EMERGENCY appt. The woman at registration was very rude. Explained she didn't work there usually so not sure what happened but nothing she can do. The office manager got involved...very rude also telling me she also doesn't work there normally and doing the best they can. She also said even IF she got me in I would not have anything done to the broken/hurting tooth because she has one Dr. There today & is overbooked. So basically they would have me come back & pay another appt for a tooth needing pulled. THIS IS CRAZY! She told me thats how all Aspen work which is a complete lie. Ive been to others and had same day work done. I also see in other reviews thst this location does same day work. She was just trying to get me out of tgere as quickly as possible. The part that has me most is the rudeness of staff in response to THEIR error. Maybe not theirs personally but another who also works there making it their responsibility to try to fix it in the best way possible. Not in their eyes...they didn't do it & could care less at the inconvenience its caused. I'm a business owner & cannot just rearrange my schedule over & over to accommodate them . Just think...if they treated me this way at the check in counter....how would they treat me in that chair!?! I WOULD SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER GOING TO THIS PLACE!!!! I've made a SAME DAY appt with a local family dentist that will be taking care of this problem on my very first visit! Imagine that! Yes...they are charging for the Xray...but not 2 office visits for a tooth needing pulled & lost time away from work/business. You do the math

They didn't accept my insurance, but they got me in anyhow and omg everyone has the same goal, to get you back on your feet and on track with your oral health care. I didn't feel judged once, it was a very relaxing environment friendly as can be, and they work with you. Start to finish to get you on track. I love them. I will be going back. Thanks for bringing my smile back.

Called 7 times to reschedule an appointment at one, started calling as soon as they opened and still have not gotten through to anything but voice mail

I've been calling all morning trying to reschedule my appointment and still have yet to get through to anybody! I don't want to have to pay a fee for this!!
