My wife and I have both used aspen dental. We will be looking elsewhere. Questionable billing practices from the start. Then add taking months to complete a crown do to sever incompetence. No communication to the client stating "Do to our lack of competence, we need to reschedule" instead the wait for you come to your appointment to tell you "we have your money so we dont care when we finish the job, Please come back again later" We will be filing a complaint with corporate and the franchise. Save yourself money, stress and aggrivation. Your better off anywhere else

I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience at Aspen Dental. They took me in immediately, as an emergency, due to a broken tooth. I haven't been able to reach my regular dentist since I broke my tooth a week ago. Probably due to the hurricane of course, but I was in need. Aspen didn't charge me for a full set of x-rays and exam. They are not only fixing my broken tooth, they are replacing a broken crown and giving me a bridge for a tooth that has been missing for years. I'm so happy with the service I received at Aspen I won't be returning to my previous dentist.

So refreshing to be in a dental facility and not have anyone pushing for you to spend thousands of dollars . All staff is super friendly and that automatically gives you a feeling of comfort ! Aspen Dental definitely is my new dentist ! Thank you all for your hard work and doing it all with a smile

Amazing service from the very minute I walked through the door. The staff were professional, prompt, and down to earth. The Dr. Made sure I understood everything and went over the x rays with me. My plan of care was well outlined and they were up front about the pricing on everything. I'll continue to go back!!!

It is extremely difficult to reach the office. I've spent a ridiculous amount of time on hold several times, trying to reschedule and appointment.

Well if you car about hippa here don't come ....little did they know I was sitting in the waiting room as the office staff and I'm guessing the dental assistant spoke about my girlfriend in a jokingly matter ...one I didn't find amusing....very unprofessional but what do you expect these days when you have children leading children!!!

This was my first visit with Aspen Dental. The cleaning was amazing at Aspen, best I've had since I've been back to Florida. I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental.

Aspen Dental took care of my dental needs and suggested the care that I need clearly. I was able to apply for a payment plan with no hassle. I look forward to future visits. Also, the attention to detail and great customer service from Staff made me feel comfortable and made my visit pleasant. Thank you

A tooth on my denture broke off. I called Aspen and was told to drop it off in the morning and it would be ready later in the day. Beautiful job. Thank you.

This was my first visit with Aspen Dental. My co-pay was more that I had to pay with the last dental group I saw and I had to pay it all upfront. I'm on Medicare so that was disappointing. The last group i went to billed me which helped me a lot.. The cleaning was amazing at Aspen though, best I've had since I've been back to Florida. Unfortunately for financial reasons I will not be able to afford that every 6 months so I won't be back. I will be getting an Aetna ppo soon so I guess I'll have to shop around for a group that doesn't need 250.00 + for a co-pay. If you can afford them I definitely would recommend them. Unfortunately, I cannot.

SCAMM!!!! CHARGE ME A COUPLE HUNDRED THEN SEND ME A BILL FOR $1300 SAYING PAST DUE!! . I called today, said she'll "see what (I) signed" what a joke, we'll see their excuse.
