I brought my broken dentures that were in half on Friday I was not a patient they got me in this morning they had them fixed in 2 hours I cannot thank them enough very professional staff. I would recommend highly. My new dentist Aspen Larry Jones

I recommend that you should check with your insurance company (if you have Dental insurance) to find out what is covered. I found on two different occasions they tried to charge hundreds more then what my out of pocket expense should have been. Once questioned the price goes down. I felt I was getting ripped off

Scheduled my first appointment 5 days ago to come in today and I was called to confirm my appointment yesterday. I received a text this morning to come in 15 mins before my appointment time. I get to Aspen Dental at exactly 15 mins before my appointment to find out that their closed. I AM NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!!!!

From calling the scheduling department last night after hours till the time I walked out today everything went swimmingly. I had an abscess on my gum and side of teeth due to infected teeth and needed an emergency appointment. I've never been to Aspen Dental and the staff and Dr. Phillips were so caring and wonderful and took care of me right away. I have very bad teeth and they didn't give me the third degree or make me feel uncomfortable in any way, they just wanted me to feel better and get things under control. Thank you for such a compassionate visit.

I'm not one to write reviews but I feel this needs to be addressed. I had come in for tooth pain so they did X-rays on me and briefly saw the hygienist Marta who spoke to me about my gums and recommended a deep cleaning. After that I saw Dr. Villanueva (I believe was her name) who viewed my X-rays and couldn't find anything that showed why I was having pain. She even consulted with another doctor and after that they came up with the conclusion of replacing a filling I had on the tooth that was hurting - if pain persisted after that then they would refer me to the Endodontist. I was good with the treatment plan they had for me so I proceeded to speak with Margo (office manager) who would book my appointment and went over pricing/insurance. After I politely said no to a RECOMMENDED deep cleaning and opted for a regular cleaning along with my filling she said the Hygienist would not perform my filling if the deep cleaning isn't done. In my head I was thinking I initially came in for tooth pain and they want me to have a mandatory deep cleaning. Hmmm. And on top of that denying my tooth care just because I didn't upgrade to a deep cleaning. Last time I checked, a "recommendation" isn't something obligatory! And the only reason I agreed to even have a cleaning was because I moved and was looking for a new dentist anyways and figured why not get it all done in one day. Shame on them for not going thru with my treatment plan. I sure left Aspen with a nasty taste in my mouth about the business. So upsetting it played out the way it did! Seems they just care about the money and not the people.

Absolutely the best most wonderful dentist and staff. They did everything to make certain I felt comfortable and confident in my procedures and did everything to help me understand the process and communicated among themselves to help insure a good flow of information both to me and them. Highly recommend 5 stars isn't quite enough as I would give 6 if could.

Good experience! Easy to get appointment. Nice hygienist, doctor and staff. Will definitely go back. Late appointments to accommodate peoples schedules. :)

John the office manager worked to fit me in with short notice knowing I needed to have the X ray completed asap. Got me right in and right out.

I went in for a cleaning and it was such a great experience. The Hygienist Marta, was very professional, friendly and thorough. My teeth looked amazing afterwards. Looking forward to my next visit.

I went to get a new partial only cause they have lab on site and was going by there misleading commercial. They wanted to do x-rays, full exam and would not take impression until I let them evaluate, wiggle and cause more issues in my mouth that I know I already have. The young little dentist said I have to evaluate the situation and give you my recommendations. No I only want a partial I said and since I'm not going to be the money making game they play and do, the normal periodontal disease treatments and you all know, you've heard it as well. I only wanted a partial so if you want dental games and you want to spend a lot of nonneeded money this is the place for you then, otherwise go to a real dentist not this money boat show. The girl in the office told me she didn't like my tone on the phone and when seeing which one she was I had to express to her I didn't like the way she looked either all sloppy dressed short and heavy. Give a child a little authority and they think they own the place. This wasn't even a good circus show.

The whole staff is wonderful and accommodated . Marta was great; she did my cleaning. Dr. Phillips is very down to earth and funny. He does great dental work.

I got a filling from them in January of 2021 and it fell out already. I understand that stuff happens and called them and they want to charge me 157 dollars to get another X-ray and exam. Then after examination, they would refill and charge for that too. How cold. I'm freaking out because my cavity came out and they railroad me into paying more money. Why would I pay more so this can happen again and go through the process all over again. It's been a little over a year so completely unacceptable that they would make me spend more. I would have preferred a little more empathy and for them to examine the tooth without a charge since it's way out of the norm for a filling to last one year. If at that point, it was determined that it's something that was my fault, I'd have to pay for a filling. I must say though, there is no infection and no throbbing and I put something in my tooth that I got from the store for a temporary filling.
