I DO NOT recommend. Go somewhere else. I never write reviews but it had to be done. After a different patient left I overheard staff speaking badly about her, audible to everyone in the room. Extremely unprofessional. Additionally, I was told I could have wisdoms extracted today only to find that they cannot do anything AND they won't take my insurance (when they said they did) because of some "roster" and they can only take so much of one insurance at a time. They were also 30 minutes late for my appointment and extremely slow in everything. I will not be calling a patient satisfaction center, the review says it all.

I was in the hospital from November 21 to march 22, I had called two times to return these and get my money back with no return call. When I went in I told them I need as thin as dentures as the ones I already have and gave them my old denture to go off of, they said no problem, it never came close to being as thin then they had told me in July of 21 that they use different material I said I try one more time and ended up really sick, they did call me in nov of 21 and I told them I was in the hospital and I'd call when I got out. I called twice when I got out and left detailed message to start getting my money back. I received no papers no phone calls. I told them how sick I was with covid, my brain was swollen and I didn't remember much of being in the hospital and that I was really unhappy with the dentures with all my health problems I needed thinner dentures. I've talked to several other ppl about their experiences one being a family member and they said they had a bad experience also ended up going to gentle dental. I can't go to any dentist I have to go through a specialist to get my thinner dentures but I do not recommend this company they will not return your calls if you're asking for your money back. The staff when I was going there was friendly though but I felt I was being pressured everytime I said I needed them thinner when I specifically asked and showed them my original dentures.

Went for a routine cleaning and everything just took way too long. What typically takes an hour tops at most dentists stretched into an almost three hour appointment. Between being late to be called back, being left in an exam room for 45min without ever seeing anyone, and a 40min wait just to check out, I consistently felt forgotten about and ignored. Along with the upselling of services I wasn't interested in, the entire visit made me not want to return, despite the cleaning itself going well.

Awful place. Got no care for severe dental pain, not even pain meds. Only recommended I go elsewhere. Waste of time and money.

Very good service. My particular problem is different then most I was given two options on how to handle it. First being laser treatment and second periodontal surgery I chose the laser to start with

Update- upon going for a routine cleaning I had the dental hygienist think a white filling was plaque and rip it out of my tooth. No immediate repair was made and so I was to go home with a jagged tooth and wait to pay to have it filled. I discontinued using this office after having the tooth fixed and switching my dental insurance company. My entire visit I felt like someone cared and I was just there for X-rays and a consult. I've never had a more informative visit at a dentist office. I can't wait to go back. I hope the dental work goes as well as I feel it will go!

Haily is very rude she told me to go back to my old dentist. She did nothing for me but run her big month. She tried to charge my 81.00 without even contacting my insurance company to see what benefits were available for me. She reports that she is the manager of this facility! Please don't waste your time here if you are African American because she does not want to service us!

After speaking to this very nice lady on phone who gave me a same day appointment plus a coupon for free of charge and i was all happy n looking forward to my visit in few hours, i got this call 1hour to my appointment time from this other not so nice lady who told me they do not accept my insurance plan n i would either pay from pocket or cancel my appointment. I'm surprised bc my first question on call was if they accepted that plan of which they had clearly told me to come in, i was very dissapointed n came back to take off my very nice review

We went there for an extraction, we had an appointment at 4:15 but we didn't see the doctor till 5:45, also they didn't listen to our needs instead they focus on follow ups and future plans... clear example of corporate dental industry... I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there not even to my enemies.

It was very nice. But kinda slow. They have very cool technology. I was there three hours, still left in pain. And they forgot to sent my prescription for antibiotics. The doctor and staff were all great, just extremely slow!
