Dr Brain was absolutely WONDERFUL to my 84 yr old mom and made her dentures RIGHT after previous visit and Immediately knew they were wrong and made sure perfect! And they are! It took several visits and fittings but all the staff were courteous and sweet to my mom and honored the years warranty! I thought I would need to be very assertive and demanding to ensure they were corrected and was VERY and Pleasantly Surprised! Great Job Aspen of Canandaigua!

I cracked a tooth from a bone fragment which started causing me extreme pain. I called Aspen for emergency services and they were trying to get me in that same day or the next. They wanted to do full xrays, where I stopped her short and explained that I only needed a xray on the problem tooth, not the full range of xrays, and the tooth pulled. I also explained to them that I would not be able to pay on the spot but could pay in full later that night online or the next day as I had to transfer money in the bank, they changed their tune completely. So it's obvious, they only care about your wallet, and not your well being. No compassion at all. This must be a big corp push on $$$, as I've had run ins with Aspen before at another location to work overseas. They wanted $1400 to do work on a molar, to where all I needed was dental clearance for overseas. That was over 15 years ago on that one; I never did allow them to do the work, and that molar is still in my jaw with absolutely no problems. STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL unless you like walking in there flinging money around.

I had to travel 2 hours, however I was gotten in during an emergency given what I needed to get and the people were amazing to deal with.

Went in for a crown left with a year and a half of mouth pain. Worst office to visit their dentist need alot more training.

Everyone I encountered was wonderful and handled this anxiety ball with care. Thank you for being so understanding, compassionate, and friendly. I love going to any business and seeing the staff interacting positively with each other in an organic way.

On July 1 2022 I had a root canal done in Canandaigua, N.Y. I was nervous about the procedure, but the doctor and his assistant kept me calm. They let me know step by step what was happening. That evening after the novacaine wore off, I had no pain, not even sensitivity. I would recommed Aspen Dental to everyone for their dental work.\

They are absolutely amazing greatest experience I ever had at a dental office. Samantha (Sam) figured out my cost helped me get a discount and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. The tech (Ken) brought me back to be positive that my impressions were perfect so my teeth would be amazing. Highly recommend them definitely sending everyone I know there.

I went there for a filling and I get very nervous going to the dentists. The dentist and assistant dentist made laugh during the procedure for the first time ever going to the dentists. They were very accommodating and made the whole experience enjoyable. I hope anybody shares the same positive experience I had. 6/5 to the whole the Aspen dental team.

They were all very nice! Didn't charge me for the consultation visit and are charging less than $150 for the cleaning. I have Medicaid insurance so my choices were very limited.

My first experience with Aspen Dental was quick and painless, and all of the staff was professional and courteous. They thoroughly answered any questions I had and the transparency of the price breakdown of my treatment plan made me confident that things will continue to go well.

My husband had his appointment with Canandaigua Aspen Dental and the minute He entered he was welcomed by the receptionist and was given immediate attention. The Dental assistant Jullysa was extremely pleasant and explained everything was going to be taken care of and made hisappointment very reassuring and positive. He was completely happy with his dental appointment and we recommend Aspen Dental very highly.

STAY AWAY I would have given no stars if that were an option. I brought my elderly mom ( in her 90's) to get new dental bridges. In one appointment, Aspen Dental extracted all of her natural teeth. She likely approved it due to her advanced age. As I waited in the waiting room, after some time, she came out with no one accompanying her. She was bleeding profusely from her mouth. From that point on, her health went downhill. She was subsequently not able to tolerate the new dentures. My mom died not too long after that.

Please beware of this place. My husband and I both went to Aspen Dental as new patients and we both had a negative experience. I was told they would not do a cleaning on my teeth because I needed a "deep clean" due to gum disease. They also quoted me a crazy amount for this procedure and tried selling me a $100 toothbrush. The hygienist was very rude as well. I decided to get a second opinion and went to a different dentist. As it turns out, I actually do not have gum disease at all! I knew something wasn't right with what Aspen was telling me and "selling me."

They are super unprofessional. They push you out the door just so they can go home on time. They do not make sure you are satisfied with your care. You expect for the amount of money you spend your mouth will be the same if not better when you leave well my mouth was worse. Never go here.

This was my first time ever going here and they were completely rude to people working at the desk rude the so-called specialist that comes once a month Rude. Think twice before you try to use Aspen dental place is terrible
