Very nice employees.. Ms. Lisa made me felt better when I was really nervous about being awake to get my wisdom tooth pull... only issue is next time they need to send patients home with pain meds, I didn't realize how much pain I was going to be in afterwards. Over the counter Tylenol was useless and I hate taking medicine but the pain was unbearable. Thanks guys

Every person that I came in contact with was very friendly and wanting to know is their was anything else they could do for me. They were very helpful with anything I wanted to know about what they were going to do or any questions you might have that didn't touched on. I will do all my business with them. I go where people are treated like family.

Aspen Dental in Camden SC left me with numbness in my left lower gum and lip. It's been almost a year since I had extractions and I'm still numb! They kept telling me it could be up to 6 months for feeling to return but it's been almost a year now and nothing has changed. I have to deal with this every day and it's difficult to chew sometimes without biting my lip. There is no feeling there. Therefore, I have to chew on the right side for the most part. I guess this is permanent numbness for me unfortunately. Additionally, I was referred out to a Periodontist, who wasn't covered by my insurance, in order to have my teeth deep cleaned and possibly gum grafting done. I was told by Aspen Dental that I could not get my permanent partial teeth until my teeth were cleaned by a periodontist. With that being said, it was 5 months before I could get in to see the Periodontist, in which by that time, my temporary partials were no longer under warranty. And I was told by Aspen Dental that it would cost me $2000 more dollars for my permanent teeth after I had already been quoted a price of $3000.00 on my first visit after being told that would be the total cost for everything! After the visit to the Periodontist, and $993 later, turned out that I only needed a cleaning! I hope this review will help someone else when thinking about whether or not to go with Aspen Dental. I feel as though they have so many patients in and out that they are too rushed and don't even know you as a person. Maybe I just had a bad experience but I honestly feel like I was done wrong and I would not recommend them for your dental care. I also hope no one else has to experience long term numbness as I have.

Dr. Gregorian on Two Notch is wonderful! I would recommend Aspen Dental Two Notch in the highest possible way. Office Manager Melissa took time to show us how implants would work and helped us determine how to proceed. She was friendly, empathetic and generous with her time!

It was very clean. Everyone was very professional and comforting. I was a little nervous Lisa the Dental Assistant reassured and patient with me. Lynn the Hygienist talked to me what my plan of action to will be considering my dental health. Dr Himel explained to me how the importance of getting my dental health back on track she had a gentle touch. Then when it was time to talk about the financial part of my treatment Sarah was so thorough, which was so refreshing. My overall experience was wonderful I have no problem drive 40mins I am forever locked in as a patient..

I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, but more than that they're willingness to listen to my concerns and address them accordingly. Everyone was extremely friendly and clearly explained the treatment plan.

They changed my husband's appointment 3 times and when he showed up to the last scheduled appt they said he had no appointment. They also scheduled my two young children and then the dentist herself informed me ( at my appt) that she doesn't see anyone under 18 and the office should not have scheduled them Then when I had a dental emergency they scheduled it out for like 3 weeks , after putting me on hold for 15 to 20 mins. Also quoted price of dental work after insurance to be approx. 4500 and said i was pre-approved for care credit, then when they applied for it for me said i only qualified for 1600. I applied on my own at home a week later and was approved for 7000 (which i will be using at a completely new dentist office.)They are very unprofessional and rude. They are liars and seem to try and take advantage of people. I'm a nurse so I understand the aspects of juggling/scheduling/dealing with patients.

My husband went into the Camden SC Office on June 24, 2022 and had impressions done for a full set of dentures. He was told they would be ready in 2 weeks and he paid half up front. When 2 weeks came and they still weren't in, they rescheduled for another appointment. When he went for that appointment They Didn't Fit At All!! They also made him pay the remaining balance at that time! Here it is September 1 and 2 MONTHS later he STILL DOESN'T HAVE HIS TEETH!! He has not been able to eat very much for over 2 months and is losing way too much weight! STAY AWAY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE QUACKS! THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Affordable Dentures on Broad River is MUCH BETTER!

The customer service is pretty poor. I've had five different bad experiences trying to get things scheduled and a cancellation. These wouldn't bother me as much if I had more successful interactions with them (I've had two so far). The place is clean and the people are friendly, just unhelpful.

Very pleasant people. Dr. Himel was great. Sarah the Treatment Plan Coordinator was really sweet and did a good job of giving the bad news(how many$)!! Nelayshia worked hard on getting some good x-rays. I will be going back!

Not impressed by the fact that I asked the doctor for meds after he was gonna let me walk out the door with what he said was an abscess. The lack of concern is apparent at this location

I went there because I had a broken tooth and knew it would have to come out. Lashonda came out and took me back shortly after I got there, did the X-rays and explaining everything all the way through, she stayed with me while the hygienist and Dr. Himal was there, she was GREAT, not taking anything away from Dr.Himal she was Awesome as well. I gotta go back to have tooth taken out hopefully everything will go good then too. Great Doctor and Staff, made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there.

I went in for tooth pain. Everyone there was so kind and made me feel so welcome. I have very bad dentist anxiety and the entire time everyone was very reassuring that I was in good hands. They talked me through everything throughly and really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about what was going on.
