Worst experience at a dental office, EVER. We will not return. My daughter lost a filling at school and needed care today, they had openings.They told my husband our insurance had expired. I called insurance, nope not canceled active, like it's always been. Called the office back to give them the state to make sure they get it billed correctly. After the appointment my husband had to wait for almost an hour and they STILL couldn't figure out insurance so he had to pay $244 dollars before leaving the office, just for a dental visit and x-rays . Like he was a hostage or something. Not only that mess but they didn't even fix the filling, just did a regular check-up exam! This place is a scam to get you in the door and spend your money. I HIGHLY suggest you go somewhere else for your dental needs. I'll now be spending the next couple weeks trying to get insurance to reimburse but they won't reimburse the rate they charged! I've worked in the medical field for my entire career and this is not difficult stuff to figure out if you train your staff! Aspen, you are horrible!

Everyone was so nice and professional, from the receptionist to the dental assistant, hygienist, doctor, and the treatment plan coordinator. I always felt so cared for and less anxious. They were all so friendly.

The employees were very professional and courteous. The dental assistant Lanettedo. Cambridge Mn went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed and explained everything she was going to do.

I had a great experience. I feel the equipment was all state of the art. I was treated very well. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and very informative. Answered every question I had. My ins isn't accepted anywhere so being that I'm "out of pocket" they were willing to split up my work or do payments, whatever I wanted. I totally would send anyone to Aspen dental in Cambridge.

Truly a one of a kind experience. I am blessed enough to be a patient here at Aspen in Cambridge. I have a ton of dental anxiety and doc and the entire Aspen team makes me feel at ease each time I'm in.

They called me to confirm my appointment only to send me a text message to reschedule 20 min later. This was after I made it clear I had taken time off work to make this appointment.

They were very good at calming my nerves/anxiety. I went there due to swelling on the left side of my face , did the comprehensive exam and x-rays as well as came up with a treatment plan for me. Thank you everyone at Aspen dental.

My health plan covers 100% of my preventive dental care. Yet, I was asked to pay $25 because my preventive cleaning was to include extra parts of the cleaning process. The dental cleaning I received was deplorable. The hygienist barely used the pic to clean, talked through the entire process, continually queried me about my family, and skimmed thru the entire process in a short time. She was a "floater" and not familiar with the computer system, so she spent more time on that than on cleaning my teeth. I left feeling like my teeth were not cleaned well and determining that I would not come back to this practice. I realize that Covid has made a shortage of employees. I am okay with that. However, I expected a thorough teeth cleaning. What I got was social time with a hygienist who talks too much and does a poor job.
