Terrible experience & I will not be coming back to this location. I confirmed my apt online & drove an hour and a half to get here.. was told my apt was cancelled bc they "tried to call" which I never received. They said that there was nothing that they could do bc it is a Friday & they close at 1:30. That was not my problem. Maybe should stay open later if you can't help the customers you make appointments for. Also, horrible customer service from the lady at the front desk. She was super rude.. she said she would call her office manager & then proceed to walk out the room to talk about "me." If something was going to be said then she should have said it with me staying there. Totally unprofessional.
