I went to Burleson's office with an excruciating pain. In this office not only they offered the best care for us, but they take time to actually LISTEN to you as patient. Every person since I entered made me feel I was finally in the right place. The Xray Tech was extremely compassionate( I am so sorry I did not get her name) and Dr. Bustos is simply one of the best Doctor's I have ever met very knowledgeable and trustworthy. From Dr's assistant, Hygienist, even the Administrative are great professionals. Not to mentioned my 13 year old, got her cleaning while they put me out of pain! Definitely our Dental clinic.

The staff at Aspen Dental are amazing people. Caring professional, thorough , well trained and knowledgeable. You know you're getting the best care at a very affordable cost. They are truly there to help you get to where your oral health needs to be. My visit today as a new patient was the best Dental experience I have ever had anywhere. So thankful I found them

Customer service was amazing and very friendly. Only thing I would say negative is they are very expensive. I went and got a second opinion and was quoted over a $1000 less. Other than that nice and clean place.

The staff at this Aspen location greeted me with a comfortable personality from beginning to the end of my visit. I've always shied away from the dentist for financial and painful personal beliefs over the years. The X-ray specialist was the 1st person that made me feel like they were definitely attentive to my concerns & needs. The next doctor that went over my X-rays and examined my teeth seemed very thorough and explained my teeth issues and concerns leaving me very aware of what was going on within my mouth. When Dr. Bustos came in, I was already feeling alright about my situation, but she went into further detail about the entire process of what will be required for my gum & teeth concerns and what was happening inside my mouth. I left there comfortable about what she & Aspen Dental needed to do for me to feel good about my teeth and smile again.

Then came up with a dental plan immediately with multiple options to choose from. They extracted my broken tooth the same day and helped out as much as possible. They are wonderful and I highly recommend!

When I first walked in I was like yes cold air especially with it being super hot outside. Office was clean. There wasn't anyone at the front desk to greet me so I had to let the check out clerk know I was there. The DA and the hygienist were very friendly and personable made me feel comfortable. The doctor (can't remember which one) was Informative and politely and most importantly gentle. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because I had to wait awhile to go over my treatment plan and finances but my insurance still wasn't verified and had to leave without scheduling my follow up appt knowing my OOP charges.

Everyone was very nice n friendly Had dentures made n for the first time Seem Grate n fit very well Super nice stuff Seems They do all they can to make sure you you or happy with the service I would have to say I had a Five star service Just want to say thank you all at Aspen Dental

Dr. Ali, Dr. Bustos and the entire team have been wonderful. I am allergic to pain. I have a genetic disorder that caused my teeth to die. I also have horrible anxiety. The Dentists and staff have been incredibly understanding and patient with me through the process of getting dental implants. I will need more work later but they have given me the opportunity to smile (and eat) again. Since receiving my implants I have lost 6 pounds since I can eat better quality foods again, I was even asked out since I am able to smile again and I have been able to speak clearly again in meetings.

Had a great experience at Aspen Dental! Leslie and Princess are the sweetest and are the reason why my experience was so great. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Can't wait to see them in six months!

I live about 2 1/2 hrs away from Aspen dental and it was so worth it, it's gonna be the only place I get work done. Super fast, super easy, affordable, and very good quality of work from all the staff members. From the front desk to the one on one engagements, absolutely satisfied. Would highly recommend, 5/5 for sure

My experience I had at Aspen Dental was the worst experience I ever had! The customer service was good though. But when I went to the back to get my exrays done, the lady was rough on my mouth and I was bleeding the whole time! Now my whole mouth is really sore now ! I look up under my tongue I have a blood clogged looks like a spilt up under my tongue now ! I will never come back!
