Great experience! I was there 15 minutes early as requested, greeted nicely, filled out my paperwork and sat for 45 minutes AFTER my appointment was scheduled and when I finally spoke up I was told I'd be there for 1.5 hours and my time I sat watching the paint dry I was not wasting my time, I sat in a chair and did nothing for about an hour, I didn't understand how that was not wasting my time so I got up and left. I received a response from Mitch to call, they can't even answer the phone, sounds like they need more staff. Hey Mitch, you have my number, how about reaching out to me?

It was a very pleasant and experience. The staff from they Asst. Office Mgr. to the tech to the Dentist. They were very informative and walked me through everything. I am so glad that Aspen Dental came to Bullhead City, AZ.

All I wanted was to get my broken lower denture repaired in one day like their website says. Figured I had to go through an x ray and cleaning before they would repair my denture. Well...$1600.00 dollars later...I still have a broken denture and was referred to their parent Company Clear Choice in Las Vegas....90 miles north of here. I am retired and on a fixed income and can't afford the drive 2 or 3 times and the $15000.00 Clear Choice would charge. The employees were nice...I feel I was mislead by their website and now out $1600.00 for a cleaning. Needless to say....Buyer Beware!!

I would like ro commend Dr. Kantor, Connie, Katelyn and Melissa for their topnotch professionalism, care and courtesy on my visit. This was my first time there and would refer anyone to Aspen Dental. I had a great experience. Thank you

All the people here are amazing and the place is super clean and nice. Every time I made an appointment so easily and when I came in early (even an hour early once) they got me in within the next five minutes. At one point I was going in everyday to have a temp fixed and I was worried I was bothering them to much but they never made me feel like a bother. They tried their best to comfort me and help me every time They even let me hold there hand when I was scared. Truly sweet people

I made my first appointment online and got a call from them asking details about what I needed. I went to my appointment and filled out paperwork via tablet. I was taken back to get X-rays and an exam. They put the X-rays on the TV in front of the dentist chair. They explained all details and I was taken back to look at paperwork with plans about my work. I was scheduled the next week and have been scheduled quickly for all treatment. All wonderful employees who really care. They also were not judging of my oral habits and did not pressure you into unnecessary procedures. This is a great place with great people! Thank you all!

Our experience was great. Like most people I don't like dentists. From sign in and Lauren, Dr, Courtney, Edward and other staff it was extremely comfortable and friendly. Answered all questions helped us get signed up to pay for it. Burt had cleaning no pain!!

I scheduled a tooth cleaning. First they wanted to add a $100+ electric tooth brush to my bill, then they wanted to do a "deep clean" for $400 after insurance. They refused to do a regular cleaning that insurance would pay for. I walked out. I'd had my teeth cleaned 6 months prior with another DDS. I decided to get a second opinion before paying $400! A couple of weeks later I had my teeth cleaned at another dental office. No mention was made about either an electric toothbrush or an expensive deep cleaning. I wonder how many people this Aspen dental office has tried to scam in this way.

Come to Aspen Dental if you want to NEVER get a hold of someone, if you NEVER want them to call you back and if you want to be handed off by so many people and told 100 different things you forget why you even came in. I can't wait to be done with this establishment.

I can't say enough positive things about this dentist office. They did such a tremendous job on my crown and I couldn't be more thankful. Every employee who I met was friendly and truly great at their job. I really felt cared about here. After going to multiple places unable to afford treatment and in pain I was lucky enough to find this place. All the staff are amazing. And I'll keep making the trip out to bullhead to keep them as my primary dentist.

I had a deep cleaning at Aspen Dental. I was expecting pain. I was told deep cleanings are painful. I did not experience any pain at all. Thank you Tiffany, RDH

I am so very very impressed with the entire staff at this location! Im here from Tennessee and my front tooth crown came off. They were amazing. My crown could not be reseated however they were able to make me a retainer with the tooth until I get back to Tennessee to get an implant from Aspen dental. So convenient to have the lab at the same office! Thank ya'all so very very much! Your friendliness and professionalism has not gone unnoti....HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Prices were 1/2 of what I expected..

Thank you! These guys were awesome all around. Minimal wait times, friendly staff, and got me all taken care of. I got a wisdom tooth pulled. You would think the jaw would be sore from them yanking the tooth out, but the Dr. Was very gentle and can barely feel anything after. Went to work the next day. Great place and again, thank you!!!

I entered very nervous about the procedures and in severe tooth pain. Yvonne was like a big sister to me. She made sure I felt safe and comfortable with the procedure and ensured that I was in great hands. The evidence was there. I spent most of the day, becoming family, with the Aspen Dental staff. Lauren, Connie, Katelyn, Ms. Hunter, Dr. Elizan, Dr. Snee, Dr. (from Louisiana), who I called Doc, and others whose name I apologize I may have forgotten, ensured that my anxiety was lowered and that I left in top shape. Thank you all for your amazing work and dedication to me and the other patients. I can breathe now, no more tooth pain and I feel safe trusting these amazing humans with my oral health. I hadn't eaten any breakfast and the ladies scoured snacks from the break room to ensure my A1C and blood sugar levels were fine. They were more than dental assistants and physicians, they were also great care takers. I thank God for all of them. Thank you.

The dentist was really good at trying to understand my dental problems and figure out a plan for my dental health. The dental assistants were very good at measuring my gum depth too. Very professional.
