Buford's Aspen Dental promotes inclusivity and diversity. They really care about their patients and do a wonderful job. 10/10 would recommend and tell a friend.

The people at the front desk are kind and accommodating, but the treating physicians( dentists/oral surgeons) have no empathy or patience for the their patients. Poor service and treatments! I'm sure I'll get better treatment if I've gone to animal hospital

I went in for a denture adjustment on 07/25/2022 the staff was polite and professional. I want to give a special thank you to Madi an dental assistant she performed my adjustment. She was patient and concerned about my comfortability. Thank you again for taking extra time with me without rushing.

Worst experience ever. Totally scammed. If I could give no stars that would be more appropriate. Scheduled for a broken tooth and was hussled into an extremely experience treatment plan. Told to pay 60% upfront. Never received treatment for broken tooth. I called repeatedly to cancel and receive a refund but the manager was never available. Went to the location 3 time waited over an hour still was unable to get the matter resolved. On the last trip to the office I finally spoke with a new manager la Tanya who promised to resolved the matter and again no resolution. Totally a horrible experience. I am now fighting with care credit for resolution.

I went for a cleaning and Diana did it. She was great!! I had a broken tooth and she was super sensitive around it when made the process a while lot less stressful. Aspen is pretty good!

Awful service. My son received treatment and it wasn't completed. He was asked to come 17 days later to have things completed. Aspen dental has yet to call and check on his well-being. They took out a portion of the took and have him walking around like that until August 15th. They really don't seem to care and I'm furious.

Diana was great!! I gave her 5 stars because she was very kind and patient answering all of my questions. Her work was great! I gave the company (Aspen Dental) 3 stars because they charged separately for antibiotics for EACH tooth. Really?!?? In my opinion, it should have been one flat fee.

I am just now getting around to writing this review. I hesitated because I don't like to leave negative feedback but here it goes. Overall, straight forward on procedure and what needs to be done but 10k all upfront before the procedures / steps are not completed, I disagree. Also I had to keep calling and emailing the insurance lady to get my quote. Took her weeks to reply. I'll go somewhere else.
